Spacious Paris flat near Bastille

The apartment is not very big, but for 4 people who spend all day on the road, doing fine. what it is noisy but we had no problems there. the bathroom could be cleaner liked. The neighborhood is busy and accessibility via the metro is excellent. Key collection is very well organized.

The place & price of the unit was great. The condition of the unit not so great. Black mold in shower, stove would only turn off at breaker box, mop in bathroom was so rancid could hardly take the smell. To small for 4 adults , should have been told that when we booked. 2 rolls of toilet tissue for the week for 4 adults. 1 towel each for the entire week. We did get extra 4 towels but had to go to office to get them. 1 set of keys -had to go to office to get a second set. no wifi available. no broom or dust pan to sweep floor. left a note saying what needs to be looked at.

Positive was the proximity to the metro and the price. Some points were unfortunately not as described. The toilet is not separate and the device partially broken. Only one towel per person for 5 days and a bed sheet as a blanket. What bothered us most, however, was the lack of cleanliness. Everywhere dust and mold in the bathroom. The mattresses were a disgrace. The apartment is also extremely noisy.

PROS: great location of the apartment, well connected to metro and Gare de Lyon. If one is accustomed to urban culture shock, is also the district with a lot of great shopping, restaurants, boulangerie, bistros. Size and layout of the apartment perfect for 4-member nuclear family. CONS: ridiculously long drive to pick up the key in comparison to the Directions to the apartment. Only 3 instead of 4 chairs available, ripped the mattress of the sofa, in the bathroom there is mold on tiles and shower curtain, the fan was nearly clogged from dirt, floor lamp was dangerous fused to the lampshade, and the apartment was dusty. That can not be anything but resolved.

For our first visit to Paris was the perfect apartment, very central, very quiet, even when inside the house is very noisy, but this has been disturbed in any way. It has everything that is needed, there is no one of anything. Etc with the keys everything went wonderful, the staff in the office are very courteous and helpful, all in all a perfect weekend. The only minor drawback, the apartment could have been a tad have been cleaner!

We could not stay in the flat we had reserved, but we were given a very nice substitute flat on a nearby street in the same Bastille neighborhood. We enjoyed everything. It was easy to find, modern, and clean, with excellent beds. We had plenty of room for 4 people. Our street was nice, with shops and cafes. We like to walk, and we're able to walk to all the Paris sites ( although we were very tired at the end of the day). The second day we used the metro, which was also easy. I wasn't sure how to use the lock on the apartment, but our hosts responded immediately with simple directions.

Small, but perfectly ok apartment for a couple or small family. Quite central location, near Bastille. Has most things needed for shorter stay, like micro and dish-washer. I stayed there with my three kids, aged 8, 11 and 13 and we enjoyed our stay.

All in all very positive! Expiration of the keys to the flat, everything went very well. The apartment is clean and in good condition! It is available to cater for all to yourself The only "downside" is that the apartment is noisy, which made me personally did not really care, and when an old building is normal too!

All ok, well located and in order. A refresher on the walls would be nice but it's a detail.
