We rent out a beautiful bright attic flat in a quiet 80 yeaar old location in a small blind lane. The apartment has a bedroom with two beds and a living room with two beds, a sofa and a double bed. The double sofa bed is 160x200cm in size, the four single beds and the couch are 100x200cm in size. In the bathroom there is a shower. There is a kitchen unit with stove and fridge. Internet, TV and towels are included. Parking space is in front of the house. The generous use of wood and the rich decoration characterize this idea accommodation.
The landlady is an art historian and gives tips when asked.
A breakfast is available on request for an extra fee.

Within half an hour by public transport you reach all important places in Munich: tram 25 passes Wettersteinplatz (U1 to the railway station), the Silberhornstraße (U2 to trade fair, bus to Oktoberfest), and the Rosenheimer Platz (S-Bahn to Marienplatz and to the airport). By car you can reach downtown (Marienplatz) in about 15 minutes and it takes about 15 minutes to get to the Oktoberfest. One-day- and three-day-tickets for 1 or 5 people are very cheap. You can also travel cheaply using the Bavarian ticket for 1 or 5 people with which you can go by train everywhere in Bavaria for one day.
The accommodation is located in the southeast of Munich. The area is very green and quiet. One of the biggest highlights is the zoo of Munich called “Tierpark Hellabrunn” and the river Isar. Nearby ist the Bavarian Film area. South of the district there is the Perlach Forest (Perlacher Forst), one of Munich’s biggest and most important local recreational areas.
