One shared room [with office] next to Murdoch train station, City, University & Shops

Room 1 is a double room, which I can rent you. The room has a double sofa bed with a futon mattress, a computer desk, a book case and 2 Persian hand woven carpets. It has 2 under bed drawers as well. The room has recently been painted in beige color, and one wall with tanned gold color. You share this room with an office. One person uses the office room. The room has a dark desk lamp incase tenant is sleep and someone works on the PC. There is also partitioning curtains between the office corner & the tenant's area in the room.

The rent for this room is $157 per staying week [2 weeks and longer] or $31 per night [less than 2 weeks] . You do not pay for the weeks you fly out to work. Your rent includes conditional share in 200 GB WIFI Broadband cable Internet+ free national and local calls by phone + all utilities [conditions apply] + food already in kitchen pantries such as oil, sugar, tea, sauces, coffee, Milo, spices. Also dish washing detergent, cleaning detergents, soap, liquid soap and toilet papers are included. FIFO tenants must pay for breakfast and dinner during their stay in Perth. The weekly meals cost for a FIFO tenant is $49 or $7/night which includes breakfast & dinner. Total cost is roughly $206 per week [incl. rent, meals, kitchen fee, utilities, Internet]. You only pay this amount for each week you stay in your room. If you leave plastic boxes in the garage for storage, the storage cost is $5 per 50 liter box per week. You remove your luggage from your room when you leave. If in any circumstances I could not cook for you, you only pay $1 per day for kitchen fee and cook for yourself. If I do not cook for you, you do not pay for your meals.

Each homestay tenant must work 2 hours/week in the kitchen and 1 hour/week in the yard also cleaning of the house is shared among all tenants weekly.

My house is 5 minutes walk to train station, which train goes to the city in 11 minutes. Bus 99 will take you from the corner of my house to Curtin University in 20 minutes. Bull Creek shopping centre is 3 minutes walk to my home, also Murdoch University & library is 5 minutes by bus 98. Fremantle is 15 minutes drive from my home. Coogee beach is 20 min. by car. Airport is 20 minutes drive. Airport pick up or drop off is $30, while taxi costs $52.

Minimum rent period for this room is 2 nights.

Leeming is a suburb in South West of Perth, in City of Melville. City of Melville is a shire managed part of City of Perth. Room 1, is minimum 2 nights rental+meals. Room 1 is 5 m by 3.5 m [double] room. However the room is partitioned by two curtains, and tenant's area is 3 m by 3 m. This tenant's area is bigger than the private single room we have with the size of 3 m by 2.5 m. Curtain 1 partitions tenant's area from office area, and Curtain 2 partitions room 1 from dining room. Tenant's area and office are in room 1. Although tenant's area has a double sofa bed, only one tenant can rent that room at a time. I might use my PC to check my emails at night or to get a copy for a departing tenant. However, this does not usually happen. You are welcome to rent room 2 & 3 which does not have partitioning curtain and is a triple room which is minimum one month rent, minimum $100 bond and is shared with one or 2 tenants. Room 1 which does not have wall on one side and has a partitioning curtain, is minimum 2 nights, and its bond starts from $50.
