Quiet, Bright Florance Apartment

Very nice, but simply stay on two train stations away from Florence. Very welcoming Lucia with lots of tips and good care. Definitely a place to remember for the next opportunity.

Lucia has been a very kind host. Everthing was perfect. I like the comfortable flat very much, everthing you need is there. All is new and very clean. Thank you Lucia!!!!

It's a very quiet and nice place. The apartment is clean, comfortable and we felt really at home from the first day. There is all you need for a pleasant stay even if you want to stay longer than a week. For those who love walking around, you will enjoy the surroundings. For those who doesn't want to walk, you really need a car to get to the nearest station or Firenze, or to get to Coop (department store). What about Lucia ? Lucia and her family welcomed us warmly. (She took us at the station the first day we arrived...under the rain !!! She gave us all the informations we need to have a great time in Italy etc.) Fantastic ! If you want to be in a quiet place near Florence, THIS IS THE PLACE !!!!! Lucia is a really hospitable host !

Very warm welcome - Gite very pleasant, quiet. The explanations are very clear Lucia and helpful - we were able to use the train and be 1mn in Florence - Apartment ideally located geographically for a walk in Tuscany - Location recommend.

The place is well equipped and located in a small neighborhood. Thanks for Lucia's help that we don't have to spend much time on finding the place. She is very helpful since the first day of our arrival. The tourist centre from Florence doesn't provide many booklets and Lucia tries her best to provide all information she has. Would definately recommand this place!

Very clean and practically furnished apartment for two osob.Duza, nice bathroom. Parking wejscia.Lucia right color is very nice, nice and very obliging. Flat recommendable for someone who likes peace and quiet.

Charming pied-à-terre in the country. Located not far from the train station (1km), it can reach the center of Florence in 10 minutes and seek to avoid parking (fees apply). We had a very pleasant stay thanks to Lucia and her daughter Lisa. They have guided us in our choice of visit and are very good advice. We left émerveilllés with beautiful images eyeful. Lucia did her homework very well! Everything was available, maps of Florence, timeschedules of the train etc. There is a large supermarket nearby. The railway station is in front of the supermarket. A ticket to Florence Centre is only €1,20. But most important, the room was very clean en Lucia is a really hospitable host!

Lovely to recommend for sure! comfortable and bright equipped with all the necessities. Even the surroundings are very quiet and just outside of Florence.

Lucia is a woman of great kindness, who cares about the welfare of people and it hosts with which it established a relationship confiance.Nous have had some difficulty finding the apartment were 2kms, it n did not hesitate to pick us up. We spent 4 days in this lovely little apartment, clean, functional .... fortunately there was air conditioning in the heat. The apartment is conveniently located between Florence and the rest of Tuscany more, you can take the bus and the train and cheap. Lucia we clearly explained and oriented to transport, shops ..... We had a great time in this peaceful place, because Lucia has all the ingredients to make our stay is the best thank you Lucia and also his family.
