Great apartment in best place of Punta Carretas (1 block from beach)

We arrived on March 6 and despite an appointment to hand over the apartment at 13.00. there was none. After a phone call, the goalkeeper tried to give us another apartment, which was not offered on the site, 3. floor. We finally appeared, at 6. floor, so dirty that we went to sleep in a hotel! The following day, at about 13:00 we deliver the apartment relatively clean, but we had to ask to change the sheets (they were dirty). The duvet duvet cover is lacking, even dirty. The apartment was equipped with 4 pots. Three of them unusable, 2 teflon lined and totally consumed, the third with the bottom completely burned. In the land of meat cooking lacked a plate to cook the meat and there was a can opener. The lady from Miami said that being a studio kitchen was minimal!
