Nice apartment in the center

A bit disappointed by Stefanie. The day before our arrival, we were redirected to another apartment. She said, but it think that due to water damage, that it was because of the rental to another. But the assigned apartment was nice and good location. The apartment has been partially cleaned, but the fridge was not to use it because it was full of food (Stefanie) In addition, they had forgotten to tell us that there is another lived in the apartment. We met him at 23:00 clock when he came home. Berlin is a beautiful city, but never rent apartment by Stefanie

Nice apartment, nice area, nice host. Very easy transport and easy with the keys. No wifi as promised and no towels as promised.

Nice area, apartment was clean and the keys easily. Unfortunately it was not possible despite promises to organize a Wi-Fi access. Parking was about 15 minutes away (free of charge) or to Berlin are available directly in front of the door (1 € per hour). The city can be perfectly explored from the apartment. Stops nearby.

The photos and home furnishings correspond to reality. However, I would prefer curtains in the kitchen of the temporary separation kitchen / bedroom. It would be nice, for example, a door wardrobe or a pair of hooks for clothes. Access to the apartment is not nice, but there is then a positive surprise in the apartment. Stefanie was the handing over of the apartment without any problems.

About the convenient location is already all been told. The apartment itself is on the price as absolutely fine, and the cleanliness was satisfactory. Is not OK if the TV is touted not work and will not be repaired despite demand. Whether it was simply not possible or it was just carelessness I can not judge, because Stefanie has reported only once to my demand, then was radio silence.

Stefanies apartment was perfect me and my familie, we were quite satisfied with the apartment, the balcony could need a brush up and some furniture. Otherwise we very pleased and would certainly come back and stay at Stefanies

We had no problems at all with wimdu or our host. Everything went problemfree. Stephanie texted us on our way to berlin that the electricity in the appartment was broken so instead we lived in her private flat in the same area. It was so nice of her. Eventhough the appartment wasn't that clean we had a great trip. Because of our short stay we only used the appartment as a place to sleep... Stephanie was very flexible and I can truly recommended to live here and to use wimdu in general.

The flat is nice BUT we had massive problems with the host to get the keys and we only got them a few HOURS after the meeting we had originally planned, ruining our first day... I would not choose that flat if you need a reliable host or if you are testing the Wimdu concept for the first time. It is a shame, as the flat was nice.

Access to the apartment is old and poorly maintained. There you can see through it, the apartment is also fine, fairly clean and location is OK.

A sober but really nice, comfortable, quiet appartement in Prenzl Berg. Nearby trams, buses, but also a good distance to walk to Mitte. We very, very much liked staying here. Towels, coffe, tea available. really nice! The only thing we missed a little was the opportunity to play a CD or DVD for in the evening. (After a nice dinner and walking all day!)
