SoBro - Walk 2 NYC

Ray was arriving at, while it was around 10.15 am a bit rude, but otherwise not very saluting. (He greeted not) Otherwise, I have not complained, there were TV and fridge in the room, two shared bathrooms, two sinks and a shared community oven. The bathrooms were cleaned by Ray, so I told him yesterday handed $ 10 tip at key delivery. Quiet area 5 minutes from the metro 6, good value for money.

room very well maintained and spacious. The area near the top of manhattan is quiet (the house near the bridge connecting the Bronx to Manhattan) .5 minutes walk from the metro (line 6 also shows the AC and very well locations). + small shops and fast food outlets proximité.Tout is at hand (2 mc do 5 minutes, open trade on Sundays).). The place was clean and had TV and AC. The host was okay if you follow the house rules but was a bit rough :) The neighbourhood was ok. BUT It's still the Bronx and I wouldt recommend to walk outside alone at night for your own feeling of safety (Maybe I'm wrong about that....). The kitchen was great and we had a own fridge in the room plus Wifi. Would recommend this place for people who want to experience NY on a budget.

small clean place fully for a few days is fine. Price - performance is fine. Nearest tube station to Manhattan about 250 meters and thus well-connected to all airports.

Very welcoming host, welcoming and available. 5min walk to metro, clean room, no complaints except that I probably retournerrais!!

Excellent price / quality ratio. Welcoming, friendly host, very clean and quite spacious with a fridge! subway 2 min in a rather quiet environment. Close to Manhattan (10 of Manhattan and 25 minutes from Times Square and Penn. Metro station) Anyway ... to recommend!

You can not be less than one star I would have done that. The room and bathroom were both not cleaned properly, little towels, the bathroom very illogical classified you could not normally sit on the toilet if you have long legs.

This Studio is very nice, clean and quiet, since it is to the backyard, not to the street. The room is enough for two persons or even more. There are also basic stuffs in the kitchen like pans and dishes. It takes ca. 5 minutes walk to the nearest metro station.

This place is near to crouded higway. It was so loud, that we couldnt sleep. Rooms a clean. But for the first reason, I dont recomend this place.
