Apartment Near Alexandarplatz

Everything shipshape. Beautiful apartment, clean, well maintained, good infrastructure, polite hosts, everything as described on the internet. Only wireless did not work (iPhone, iPad).

We stayed four days at the Friedrichshain park and would like to come back at any time. Providing clean, surprisingly quiet rear house apartment with friendly hosts, a completely easy access to buses and trains, and a lively, beautifully restored residential area, where you find everything within walking distance, you would need. In the summer you could sleep with the balcony door open! However, you should still be flexible enough for a fairly low bed.

Great location, great apartment and very nice owner. Everything is there and the agreement before the arrival was easy and very accommodating! Highly recommended. We will come back again!

I stayed for an extended time - six weeks - and the apartment matched my expectations and met my needs. It is well appointed and attractive, making it pleasant to be in. I felt particularly lucky with regard to the location. The neighborhood is, indeed, an excellent place to be that is well known to a good number of my younger Berliners acquaintances. Included among the restaurants and coffee shops is one coffee shop that is particularly good. A Rewe supermarket is within walking distance, as is a laundromat. There is a Saturday market at the community square. I often used the tram when heading into the city center, but I also often walked - the distances are good for exercise if you want (or need) it. The park is only half a block away, but I was unable to go jogging there due to ice on the walkways. Difficulty in getting the WiFi working was a problem in the beginning, but Martin kept at it until it was working. A shortcoming of the apartment is that the kitchen is too small to accommodate preparation of anything more than simple meals, but for simple meals it is OK.

Very central but quiet on PrenzlBerg. Apartment well furnished and everything for a pleasant stay. I can recommend without any restrictions.

We enjoyed the hospitality of Kai and Martin. The apartment was great in a nice ,friendly neighborhood. It's incredible, the quietness in the apartment in the middle of a lively city.

We stayed for 2 nights in the apartment and it was great. She looks exactly like in the pictures and you feel I can totally comfortable. We liked the location is great. There are several cafes where you can have breakfast great. (I RECOMMEND the Spree gold because we had fallen equal to 2x respectively us so well has) and the links to the city by tram is also great. Only 5 min. Footpath and also runs every 5 or 6 minutes. Even with the handling everything worked out great, we were able to arrive and depart, as it has us fit in time.

An oasis of calm in the middle of Berlin are well furnished and conveniently located. Martin is a good host, unobtrusive but always helpful. We (couple, Bestagers) would love to come back.

The apartment is very nice, quiet and conveniently located. We also enjoyed our host's home, its availability and conversation. It was really great!
