This is a first floor flat but I have my own private garden accessed by steps, leading down from a small balcony.
I don't have allocated parking, but parking is free on my road (i.e. no parking permits needed), it's just a question of finding a space.
Situated in Walthamstow and approximately 4 miles from Stratford, my flat is very convenient for the Olympic site, with excellent transport links to the main Olympic venues.
The flat is a short walk to Walthamstow Central station (Zone 3) where you can catch either the Victoria line or train into central London. St James Street station is just over a 5 minute walk where you can catch trains into Liverpool Street. Also nearby is Walthamstow Queens Road station for the Overground to destinations in North and East London.
Whilst you can get to central London by tube in about 20 minutes, there is also a very good selection of restaurants and bars nearby in Walthamstow village. I'm happy to give tips/suggestions on places to go
