Unique location. You don't need a car living here. Plenty of transit options. A couple of blocks to Red line train station. Direct express bus to Chicago downtown stops right around the corner. 20 minutes to the city center by public transportation and 8 minutes by car.
This is a separated apartment - your will have it all for yourself.
This is quiet and safe neighborhood, historic Margate Park, part of the Uptown. The building is located on a narrow tree lined street. The apartment is overlooking the enclosed backyard; and so, there is no street noise. A light sleeper would appreciate this fact. There is no view. It is on the 3rd floor. Elevator. Laundry room.
Direct access to the beach through the underground pathway right across the street. There is a beautiful walking, running, and bike path that leads to miles of activities and relaxation.
Historically a very popular tourist destination, the Uptown is home to various music venues, nightclubs, restaurants and shops. It is now experiencing a revival, with new restaurants and shops opening every year. Uptown Square, at the center of the Uptown Entertainment District, was designated as a National Historic District on the National Register of Historic Places in 2000.

We arrived in an apartment according to our requests, clean, with good accommodations, comfortable and close to a beautiful park just besides the beautiful Michigan Lake.
The apartment is located near a bus stop that brought us directly to downtown Chicago. No headache for the travelling by car, and no headache for the parking. The bus takes the expressway so in 22 minutes, we were in the action of the beautiful city of Chicago.
We recommend this apartment to anyone and if we plan to go again in this area, we will surely reserve the Lake Michiga Apartment.
Louise from Montreal, Canada.
The surface impression of the house was quite bad, but the impression of the flat itself was much better. You have everything you need and the connection is also very good. Nataliya was very kind and courteous.
The bad thing about the flat is, that it is quite noisy and not 100% clean (It was NOT dirty).
Nevertheless we enjoyed our stay!
Staying at Lake Michigan Apertment was very good.
Features of the apartment is good.
Location hervorragent, close to the Lake and Chicago Downtown is within easy reach.
Der Aufenthalt im Lake Michigan Apertment war sehr gut.
Ausstattung des Apartments ist gut.
Lage hervorragent, nahe am Lake und Chicago- Downtown ist gut zu erreichen.
I stayed in the appartment for 5 days while visiting Chicago. It is a nice area and the appartment is nice and clean and wifi excellent. Michael and Nataliya very kind and helpful. Not luxuorious, but absolutely worth the rent. I had a car and it's a little bit difficult to find parking late at night, but I allways found a space within 5 min. walk from the appartment. Bus straight outside is very convinient. I'll be back.
Thanks to Nataliya and Michael for a pleasant stay. The apartment was exactly as described - very clean and with new towels. The apartment was in a very quiet neighbourhood and well positioned for an Express bus to Downtown Chicago as well as the Red Line trains and for access to the lakeshore paths.
The WiFi was particularly useful.
The kitchen was a little light on crockery but we had the basics to fix breakfast. What was missing was a corkscrew!
The owners were very helpful with advice on travel and other queries we had before our arrival and kindly gave us a lift to the local grocery store on our arrival so we could buy in provisions.
Would recommend to others visiting Chicago.
Nataliya's apartment was a great place to stay to explore Chicago. It took only 60 min with public transport from O'Hare and her husband Michael was there to meet us upon our arrival. The apartment was just as described and Michael gave us all the information we asked for. When we had a small problem they tackled it right away and completely to our satisfaction. Just around the corner we could catch the 146 bus which ran every 10 min and took us down town in 30min. A 7 min walk away we could catch the 148 and we could be down in 15-20 min. If we visit Chicago again we would be glad to stay here.
