Description
Live at home my 18 year old son and sometimes I like to travel and we are delighted to have home travelers to share experiences.
The duplex is a large terrace that is perfect for smokers, the kitchen can always use let the collection later. Sometimes we have a cat in the house accept pets and small children, there are travel cot and toys.
We recommend that travelers coming by air from the El Prat airport train coming directly at the airport terminal 2 is the railway station and takes you only 4 minutes walk from the house. You have to get off at Clot-Aragon and walk to the church as 30 meters, is the second street on the left. Easier and cheaper impossible.
The Sagrada Familia is a nice walking tour of 20 minutes and 3 subway stations (8 minutes) dejési not to visit if only out, the queues are interminable summer.

It is indeed a very nice room only a minute walk from the nearest metro station. The room is big enough for 3 and the bathroom has a good shower with plenty of warm water. The only downside is, as mentioned by another guest, the noise from the street. (especially in the weekends). Bring some earplugs and this shouldn't affect your enjoyment at all.

Le duplex est idéalement placé dans Barcelone pour un tarif raisonnable en plein été. La chambre est décorée avec goût. Néanmoins nous avons très déçu de notre séjour, l'appartement était en désordre et pas très propre. Nous étions seuls en l'absence de notre hôte et nous devions nous servir et nous débrouiller dans la cuisine pour le petit-déjeuner. La climatisation n'était pas performante et donc il fût difficile de dormir avec la chaleur estivale. Enfin la chambre donnait en face d'une boîte de nuit, donc les nuits de week-end c'est très bruyant.

Cancellation Policy: Strict
You will be refunded half of the booking amount if you cancel the booking at least 7 days before check-in (by 12 noon, local time). For cancellations that are made less than 7 days before check-in, you will be refunded 5%* of the booking amount. Please note that the Wimdu service charge of 12% is non-refundable.
Example
If the guest pays a total amount of €112 and cancels more than 7 days prior to check-in, they would receive a refund of €50. If the guest cancels less than 7 days prior to check-in, they would receive €5.*Subject to proof by the guest that the host has experienced significantly less economic damage than the compensation granted by the cancellation policy. Economic damage to the host might be reduced by cost savings; for example, if the space in question is left vacant, or if the space is rented out to someone else after the cancellation.
