Beautiful Flat on French Riviera

The apartment is very nice and it is located in a very good location. Old Town, beach, pedestrian area and other attractions are all within walking distance. The apartment is very clean modern and very well equipped. A big plus point is that there are two bathrooms. These are newly renovated. We felt right at home in this accommodation. Eric is an outstanding host. He is courteous and helpful. Eric takes a lot of time for his guests and is striving to do everything to their full satisfaction. If I ever come to Nice, I will book this hotel again. I have no complaints and would recommend this apartment anyway.

I had a perfect time in Nice. Eric is very nice host, helpful and flexible. The room was lovely, classy decorated and well-equipped kitchen. The location was close to old city which you can walk to visit the town. Lovely city. Highly recommended for this place.

Beautiful and new apartment in historic building. Well located, Place Garibaldi, adjacent to the old town. Equipped with everything you need, the kitchen is the laundry in the bathroom. Eric was very helpful and courteous. He speaks English and you do not speak French is something to consider! Suitable for three people (two adults and one child) because the bed on the floor above may be a little small for two adulti.Ha two bathrooms and this is an added value. Recommended!

Eric is a great host, great communication (in english which is good if your french is bad like mine). The apartment is located close to everything. A supermarket (monoprix)is across the road, bread shops less than 5min away. The tram is around the corner, the buses to Canne, Monaco are 2min walk. There are restaurants everywhere. The apartment is a 15min walk to the promenade. I recommend this modern apartment to everyone.

Beautiful apartment, everything is lovely inside and nicely decorated, and the apartment is equiped with everything you need. Great location in a pretty square in next to the old town and a short walk to the beach. Eric was an excellent, welcoming host. Would love to stay here again!

Nice and clean apartment in the one of the most beautiful place in Nice. I really suggest to spent a week-end or, much better, a long holiday in this incredible city and great mini loft!
