Wonderful Bed & Breakfast

My stay in Rome was very pleasant thanks to the friendliness and hospitality of Julia and Francis, the room is spacious, clean and therefore very comfortable, the kitchen and bathrooms are well maintained and the breakfast is very varied and plentiful. For sure I will return to find them. Joseph

We felt at Francesco and Giulia very well and are welcome to book again on our next visit to Rome with them a room. Everything was as described and we did not miss anything.

I would like to note at this point once the positive things. Giulia was very friendly and accommodating, the room was very nicely decorated. That was it unfortunately already. Announced was a daily housekeeping service and a breakfast service, the room was in between unfortunately not cleaned, the breakfast in Italy is of no great importance, we knew beforehand there was coffee, tea, juice, butter, biscuits and sweet rolls, initially, still jam, the last few days then unfortunately no more. There was not even a service, you had to feed themselves and then rinse well, but maybe we have understood wrong. But the worst was the condition of the bathrooms, something dirty and partially down Come I have not yet experienced. Purification was carried out at best superficial. Even different shower gel bottles were already calcified (forgotten by the previous tenants). Never again!

Giulia and Francesco are a lovely couple who lives in a wide, clean and comfortable apartment and who does everything possible to provide a pleasant stay to their guests. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and recommend the place.

All very well, the central, the room very comfortable and very nice Giulia.

We were very happy with our accomodation.So much so that my daughter is staying there for another 5 weeks. If Im in Rome again I will stay with Giulia and Francesco. They are a lovely friendly couple

Really bad experience! The room was great with the exception of the non-working heater, but the 2 shared bathrooms were disgusting! Black buildup all over the doors of the showers like it haven't been cleaned for months, as well as pubic hair in the bath. Not enough hot water so I had cold shower and my partner couldn't even take one. There is no sound isolation, you can hear everything from the room next to yours even if the other guests are quiet. The breakfast? There were 3 eggs in the fridge, a few yoghurts, and prepackaged sealed "croissants". The coffee machine doesn't heat. This is NOT a bed and breakfast, it looks more like a backpacker hostel, but all the hostels I've been to were way cleaner than that!! We left the room after the first night, no refund. After a cold room, a cold coffee, the cold shower was the last straw! I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Great place to sleep in Rome! Super convenient location (<10 min. walk from Tiburtina) for those flying into Fiumicino Airport. There is a direct route from the airport for half the price of the ticket to Termini. Some great places to eat in the neighborhood. Great italian breakfast provided. Very clean, comfy and affordable. Guilia and Francesco were great hosts and made everything very easy. Very recommended.

Beautiful room and clean. Shared Services clean, tidy and tastefully decorated. TV spectacular and laptop with free internet in the room. A few steps from Tiburtina station where you can take public transportation. Wonderful owners. No defects. Definitely to be recommended.
