Caution
200euros will be asked on check in and handed out on check out.

Guest occupancy
The number of guest occupying the flat should not exceed the number declared at the time of the reservation. Any additional occupant should be declared and a 15euros fee per day, per person will due.

Cleaning
The apartment is delivered clean and the checkout cleaning service (included in the rental fees) includes cleaning of the surfaces as well as sheets and towels and furniture. The apartment should not be given back insalubrious. When leaving the premises, Dishwashing has to be done, all compartment emptied, and rubbish brought downstairs.

Internet
Usage of Internet is for personnel use only during the stay. It should not be used for illegal purposes such as illegal download on copyrighted materials (torrents, streaming…) or be subject to any kind of action punished by the German laws such as pornographically support including children, or racists etc.…

Drugs
The usage of illegal drugs inside the premise is forbidden.

Check-out Time
The guest is request to give notice to his checkout time at least to days before his check date.

Damages
Damages on the premises by the guests are subject to compensation. Marks on any surface, breaking of glace, theft or breakage will be compensated.


Noise and Party
Long terms tenants mostly occupy the building. In order to respect their private lives, organising parties is forbidden in the flat. We would ask our guest to be careful with noise especially at night.

Our neighbour just started some works just starting in the flat next door.
There could be some noise sometimes weekdays during day time. We are really sorry for the inconvenience it could cause.


We cannot be held responsible for any illegal activities from the guest inside the premises.

We loved our stay in Berlin. Excellent, modern and clean apartment which had everything we needed. The 85 steps to the apartment door on the 4th floor will keep you fit ;) Conveniently located, 5-10min walk to U and S Bahn, less to bus. Supermarkets, cafes, bars, restaurants and shops all close by and there's a small store for drinks, snacks, and cigarettes next door. We never met Ludovic but were instead greeted by the super friendly and informative René who made sure we had everything we needed. If you are after a decent cup of coffee, just ask him where to go. We would definitely recommend this apartment and stay there again if we were to visit Berlin again.

New and spacious apartment, quiet area. Functional layout and very pleasant! The location is ideal: 3 metro stations nearby and a park in the backyard. We would definitely go back sometime.

Berlin is a city to explore urgently with history, pleasant to walk and bike. The apartment is true to its description and pictures posted was very nice and clean and perfectly functional. Located in Kreuzberg, ideally located to enjoy the Bergmannstrasse. Our host was excellent and very friendly. I can only advise you to stay in this apartment.

This apartment is really great! Good beds and everything is there. Even a dishwasher. Delicious espresso which you can convert. It's only four high without elevator. So for people with mobility is not an option.
