Beautiful studio in Latin Quarter

An apartment recommended, very good stay in Paris. Located in a beautiful neighborhood and very close to everything (subway, shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants). The apartment is small but fine for the use you will give, you spend most of the day outside. The bed is very comfortable. Yann is a guy A charming and very helpful. Fabulous! :)

Yann's apartment is an ideal starting point to discover Paris. Centrally located close to the Pantheon, which allows them to go around to the known and lesser known places in the city. The apartment is located in a charmerde area where the address is an alley where there is peace and quiet at night.

The apartment was in a quiet and very well located (small shopping street and close to a metro station). The studio was clean and spacious enough for two people. Yann greeted us warmly and gave us the necessary information (for shopping, to visit or even good bakeries ;-)! ). I highly recommend this location for a stay in Paris :)!

Nice little apartment in the Latin Quarter. It is in a quiet, traffic-free streets. The area offers particular evening all possibilities: pubs, nightclubs, restaurants, shopping in the direct vicinity. Metro and taxis are nearby. The landlord is very nice and super helpful. The bathroom is unfortunately very small.

The small apartment is superbly located in the immediate vicinity there are many shops and restaurants with fresh fish, cheese, wine, fruit, and two bakeries with great pizza and cupcakes. Due to its location in a passage, it is very quiet at night. The Pantheon and Notre Dame are all within easy walking distance. The host is very nice and helpful.

Superb stay first successful experience. We were very well received by our host in the charming neighborhood. This is really a satisfactory solution. We recommend and start again without worry!

The studio is located at a great spot, in the middle of one of the nicest neighboorhoods in Paris. What I liked about it very much is the fact that it is very quiet day and night, and you wake up with birdsong! Yann is a very friendly and accomodating host, good communication. The bed, bathroom/shower, and small kitchen was all fine, I hope to come back soon.

Super situated apartment just off the Rue Mouffetard. Yann is also a very attentive owner who stands in word and deed (before wine procured for us, he turned cold) are available. Small drawback is the size of the studio, especially the bathroom. For Comfortable and mature Übergweichtige I would not recommend it. ;-) Merci encore pour ton gentil acceuil, Yann! À +! Melie

Pleasant stay in Paris. Studio located in the heart of the Latin Quarter, quiet and functional.

Breakfast very nice and functional apartment ideally located. Delighted with my stay, I recommend without any worries!
