The apartment is very well served by numerous bus lines on Corso Vittorio, which connects you to the rest of the city.In the nearby streets there are many interesting contemporary art galleries which are a testimony of the vitality that this area has been experiencing in recent years.

The apartment was very well located and it was chilly, something very important for the high temperatures of Rome. However, the host was not entirely polite, since the day of arrival had the phone off and had to wait over an hour to one of his supporters showed up for the apartment for abrírnoslo not know if want if someone was to appear . What is the apartment very comfortable and practical.
The location was fine and the host very nice. The facilities are fine. The apartment was quite dusty. The bed from the wall sleeps well.
This place & the host (Emiliano) were both great!...Apartment nice & spacious, plenty of room for the 2 of us who stayed there (you could fit a 3rd) bathroom was of good size & being on the ground floor you have great access to the courtyard (and don't have to climb any steps!) Just a step away from 'Piazza Campo Dei Fiori' and close also to the Pantheon. We explored also The Vatican & Colosseo, and all other sites by foot as it is very central. Supermarket is a 2 minute walk. Emiliano was a great host, helping out with anything we may need, very responsive & also organised us a car to get back to the airport who picked us up at our door. We couldn't have asked for a better place and host, highly recommended!
This flat is ideally located in Roma (close to public transport & all commodities) BUT really noisy due to high traffic road proximity & very bad windows quality.
The illustration pictures in the description are probably a bit outdated & taken by a good professionnal (but nothing really bad or not true here).
The relationship with "Emiliano and Maria" was very professional and helpfull, we could not expect more if they were a good estate agent company.
Trastevere is the best place to stay, when in Rome. The apartment is fine, however a lot of noise from the street all the time also during night, that we didnt know! we were four persons, but only two wineglasses and two big towels in the apartment. The terrace was not ready for visitors, quite dirty and dusty. The bathroom needs to be fixed.
We were staying in the apartment for a week over Easter. Located in a nice quiet residential area of Rome, it is close to Caracalla Baths and in a walking distance (10-15 min) from the Colesium. It was a nice, bright and cosy apartment with a lovely large terrace which we benefited from on the sunny days. The person who met us at the property was very friendly and he gave us a map on which he pointed all the most interesting places to see in Rome. The limo service from the airport which was offered to us by the hosts was very convenient as we didn't have to worry about how to find the place. Overall it was a great week and we would stay in this place again if in Rome.
Three of my family members and I stayed in Rome for medical purposes. The apartment was very spacious for an apartment in the city, and the price was excellent for the size. Having a clothes washer, large bedrooms, and separate kitchen, dining, and living spaces was ideal and very convenient for our long stay. The couch is large and comfortable, and all three bedrooms have true double beds (none are twin beds pushed together), so you could stay up to 7 people very comfortably. The hosts responded to messages promptly and were very helpful in answering our questions before we arrived in the city. There is a grocery store, Carrefour, just a couple blocks away, and a market for fresh produce during the morning and early afternoon on the other side of the building. Go to Osteria dei Pontefici two blocks away for dinner, and Capitan Cono just a couple blocks further for gelato!
