Description
Description
This studio apartment is completely independent and lies in one of the little streets surrounding Campo de’ Fiori. Although a quiet street, it is just steps away from the charcteristic joy and warmth of this famous square and its market with bright coloured flowers and produce, alongside bars, restaurants and trendy shops. The studio offers a kitchen equipped with everything you need, a large bathroom with shower, air conditioning, a comfortable double bed and a sofa bed, flat screen plasma TV and free wi-fi.

The neighborhood is the best you could wish for if you’re aiming to get to know the bustling life of the city. Piazza Navona, the Pantheon, St. Peter’s, Castel Sant’Angelo, St. Louis of France, Piazza Farnese and Via Giulia are only some of the nearest must-see spots. The apartment is very well served by numerous bus lines on Corso Vittorio, which connects you to the rest of the city.In the nearby streets there are many interesting contemporary art galleries which are a testimony of the vitality that this area has been experiencing in recent years.

To reach Trastevere, you will just have to take on a short, nonetheless beautiful stroll across Ponte Sisto, one of the oldest bridges in Rome that offers a breath-taking view of the Tiber and the “Cupolone”, as Romans lovingly call Saint Peter’s cathedral. If you will honour us with your stay, it will be our pleasure to show you the most suggestive and romantic spots to have an unforgettable dinner or just spend a relaxed afternoon having an aperitif, as well as points of interest outside the normal tourist routes.

We’ll be waiting for you!

How to get here:

-From Fiumicino airport: take the train that brings to Termini station (15€) and then bus number 64 until the stop "Corso Vittorio Emanuele / Navona", and continue on foot for 4 minutes.

-From Termini station: take the bus number 64 until the stop "Corso Vittorio Emanuele / Navona", and continue on foot for 4 minutes. You can also take the bus number 40, and get off at "Chiesa Nuova" stop.

July 2013

The apartment was very well located and it was chilly, something very important for the high temperatures of Rome. However, the host was not entirely polite, since the day of arrival had the phone off and had to wait over an hour to one of his supporters showed up for the apartment for abrírnoslo not know if want if someone was to appear . What is the apartment very comfortable and practical.

The location was fine and the host very nice. The facilities are fine. The apartment was quite dusty. The bed from the wall sleeps well.

This place & the host (Emiliano) were both great!...Apartment nice & spacious, plenty of room for the 2 of us who stayed there (you could fit a 3rd) bathroom was of good size & being on the ground floor you have great access to the courtyard (and don't have to climb any steps!) Just a step away from 'Piazza Campo Dei Fiori' and close also to the Pantheon. We explored also The Vatican & Colosseo, and all other sites by foot as it is very central. Supermarket is a 2 minute walk. Emiliano was a great host, helping out with anything we may need, very responsive & also organised us a car to get back to the airport who picked us up at our door. We couldn't have asked for a better place and host, highly recommended!

Trastevere amazing terrace 2 bedrooms apartment

We have stayed for 4 night at this apartment from 10th to 14th July , and I could say many positive things about it, but the most important is that we felt like home, and we have not missed absolutely nothing we could need. The apartment well worth, also for its excellent location, but certainly deserves much more the attention from theis owners. It is important to know that for any problems that may arise you are dealling with serious and formal people who respond adequately.

Of course, it is my apartment on future visitis to the city, which is totally recommend!.

Vatican garden apartment

A very lovely and private apartment, in a quiet local area just 10 min walk away from the Vatican. We enjoyed our stay very much and had the plaessure of being welcomed in the most hospital manner. The apartment was very well equipped with everything.( from bathroom supplies to kitchen utensils). just around the corner there are local pizzeria/resrtaurants filled with authenthic food and Roman residents. We will a any time highly recommend others to stay here during their stay in Rome. Allready looking forward to visit again.:-)

Trastevere amazing terrace 2 bedrooms apartment

The location of the apartment is very favorable: within walking distance of many attractions (Pantheon, Cosmedin, Trastevere) and the tram outside the door. Near the train station Trastevere (beneficial to the airport) and shops and restaurants nearby.
The apartment is clean, the beds comfortable, there is a large roof terrace. The only drawback is that the bathroom is reached via a bedroom. There is a second toilet. The kitchen is well equipped.
The host is friendly and forthcoming. He arranged the taxi to and from the airport. The taxi was punctual on time.

Trastevere amazing terrace 2 bedrooms apartment

We stayed from April 25 to May 2 in this beautiful apartment. The apartment is well situated in a fun and lively with lots of good and affordable restaurants. It is on a very busy street, the Viale Trastevere, but because the apartment on the top floor is (luckily there's an elevator), there is hardly any noise. Next to the apartment is an excellent and very affordable pizzeria. Because it is very popular, but there is usually a queue. You can eat indoors or on the terrace. In front of the apartment for both tram and bus stops, which is very convenient. The bathroom is only accessible through the master bedroom, which was not difficult for us. Incidentally, there is next to the toilet in the bathroom, a second toilet. What we particularly appreciated the presence of mosquito nets on the windows so it can be slept with the windows open without the mosquitoes keep you from your sleep.

We are very well informed in advance by Emiliano and Mary. The ability to take them through a regular taxi from the airport to the apartment (cost 50 euros), we have used gladly. Expensive than rail and bus, but much more comfortable!
The welcome by Mr Tommaso, the owner, was cordial. He advised us include some good restaurants in the area, of which we are one (La Cantina ......) have tried (simple but good). The other had, we also like to try, but they were always full. You must be in Rome to be sure of a table rather reservation, but we did not feel like it.
A restaurant that we can wholeheartedly recommend (super pasta, excellent and affordable wine) is Da Felice (Via Mastro Giorgio 29). It offers excellent local cuisine and is a 15 min walk from the apartment across the Tiber (less touristy) Testaccio.
It's not very expensive, but also not really cheap, about 50 euros per person. However, well in advance booking is a must!

Our stay in Rome was very successful despite the fact that there were an awful lot of tourists in this week. So long queues everywhere for the top sites. Tip: Vatican Museums on the Internet reservation and payment, not 2 to 3 hours having to stand in line.

All in all, this is an apartment that we can recommend wholeheartedly!

Vatican garden apartment

The apartment is in a rather strategic and very close to St. Peter's Basilica and Vatican City. For those who like to walk and take long walks it is really ideal. Considering the prices really prohibitive in Rome the value for money was really good. Fabrizio welcomed us in a really friendly and was kind enough to allow us to leave our suitcases longer than our departure late pomeriggio.Consiglierei owners to leave but some information for tourists visiting Rome with the most important information, a map of the city and maybe some flyer or ticket with the recommended places to eat or where to buy. I happened to be a guest in other apartments in European capitals and have always found the apartment to find a small book with the most important information. From these we Italians we have certainly learn. A small note. In the kitchen are plenty of tea towels to dry the dishes.
