Newly remodeled, bright and spacious. This charming studio is very quiet. It has maple hardwood floors; a marble decorated fireplace with a cedar mantle. The kitchen is open and comes fully equipped with a microwave, convection oven with two burners and a small refrigerator.
It sleeps up to four in all comfort. 2 Guests can sleep in a queen sized bed. and 2 in the sleeper sofa. TV with cable, wifi and phone available.
Pots and pans as well as dinnerware are furnished to cook and eat in. The bathroom has a shower and a toilet. Towels are provided. Maple hardwood floors and a tiled bathroom finish the ensemble.
It is equipped with a bathtub in which you can relax after a busy days.
House rules
The guest shall use the premises only as a temporary residence and shall not engage in any commercial, illegal, dangerous, nuisance or other activity that could embarrass owner or cause owner to receive complaints from other residents or building management. The premises shall not be occupied by or left in the care of anyone not listed below. The guest shall not keep any pets without written permission from the owner.

6. Owner or his representative shall inspect the apartment to be sure it is clean and that no loss has occurred or damage been done to the premises or property listed in the inventory. 7. If damage or loss is found or the apartment is not clean, the owner shall deduct the proper amount of money and refund the balance of the security deposit when the guest returns the keys or vacates the premises, whichever is later, unless otherwise agreed.
8. The payment for the premises is refundable only where there is force majeure or written agreement between owner and guest.

East Village Studio with Garden

I was there with 2 teen-age grandsons for 4 nights. We really loved the feel of the apartment and adored having the garden patio. Perhaps I didn't read the fine print, but I was surprised that a few very basic things like soap bars and washcloths were not provided. Of course, that did not keep us from having a wonderful time. The innards of the toilet kept us wondering if they would break down completely; we had to fix the chain once and hoped it would hold. I stayed here for 3 nights with my husband in October 2012. The apartment was well located and clean.
