A great beginning to our Italy trip! The room was exactly as expected, maybe better, and in a fabulous location!. Downstairs, a cute couch and table, upstairs a very comfy bed. We were met by Carlos and he was a gracious and kind host, explained everything and was very patient when I asked for advice throughout our stay. Even helped me book tickets to the Vatican on his computer when my tablet wouldnt do it. Breakfast was perfect each morning too! Best of all, my daughter and I loved the precious pets, they were very well behaved and they left us with good memories!

For a brief, exciting city trip in which Lorenzo's apartment is expected as a claim to the property is not much more than a clean place to sleep more than satisfactory, even if it is quite noticeable that they have probably already received some visitors. Lorenzo Costa and the pets are very nice and very cautious. We are both fans no cats, but they do not bother us, though often times they look in the room over. The breakfast (coffee, croissant) was very basic, but perfectly adequate for the price and the setting. Both the room and the bathroom and kitchen were very clean and cleaned daily. We were able to move freely anywhere and felt like home. We also had a separate key for the apartment. Although the apartment is located in a pretty little side street, this is a busy place even at night and busy. So not for a light sleeper, but it is also in the immediate nutrients to the Coliseum.

Slept in the white apartment. To mention that the size of the apartment on the photo does not match the actual size. Honesty It is a small, just apartment with stairs leading to the sleeping area upstairs. The bed is south european hard. By Dutch standards really hard. It should also be mentioned that the kitchen and the shower in the basement and are shared with the landlords. That's not always pleasant. Who 's tomorrow at a certain time wants to leave, is not waiting for a landlord that are in your shower is and what should be. Wait There is a private entrance. (And there are two very nice cats who love to visit here) But who visit Rome forget these minor inconveniences. The apartment is only to sleep. Food, drink and life does the Roman outside and I to do the same. Council guests Rome is a wonderful city. And this apartment is located right next to the Colosseum in Rome. Central, clean and not expensive. Enough for 7 fantastic days.

We have just returned from a wonderful stay in Rome. The B & B to Lorenzo and Carlos has pleased us very well. Comfortable, cozy room, good bed, good shower and a very pleasant atmosphere. Very relaxed. We are well helped when our suitcase had not arrived. The breakfast is simple, two packaged croissants, coffee / tea, juice and milk choice. The cats walking in and out, which we found very nice. Furthermore, we could easily go our own way. The neighborhood is nice, lively, "you can still grab a cocktail to do some day evening 'by taking' and you are among the Italians. In short, we believe it is highly recommended for anyone who wants to visit Rome and want to feel a bit. Home

+: a very good location, it was great to see the Colosseum two times a day, we liked the dog and the cats, a comfortable bed, a couch to sit on, great owners, very helpful, a kitchen where you can eat your breakfast (bring your own bread) and plan your day in Rome.

-: the shower was a bit small, and the warm water was sometimes not available, also there is only one toilet, (which was only occupied for a few minutes when i wanted to get in.)

For us the room was perfect, after strolling through Rome for a whole day it's nice to sit down on the couch and to go through the day with a good glass of wine. It was comfortable and clean.
.. and not only it's a remarkable and enchanting room, it's owners, Lorenzo and Carlos, are also worth mentioning. They're kind, helping with all kind of information. We even could leave our bags at Carlos' shop, where you can get good wines and other south european delicacies, after checking out.
It's situated perfect to start exploring the city of Rome. The colosseo is at the end of the street (300 metres) and the Metro a bit further (700 metres). I can recommend this B&B to everyone.
