Sehr schöne, helle Wohnung in toller Lage.
Praktisch auch, dass gleich im Haus ein Tesco ist.
Einziger Wehrmutstropfen: die Schienen und der Zugverkehr und der damit verbundene Lärm. Bei uns waren auch noch Gleisarbeiten mitten in der Nacht, mit schweren Maschinen und Höllenlärm.

The apartment was spacious and had loads of character and charm. It is in a wonderful location: close to shops and restaurants and only a short walk to the city centre. We only had two minor frustrations with the apartment: 1) the washing machine did not work too well, 2) the beds were a little hard. Apart from these two minor points we loved the apartment and found the staff professional and very helpful.

Good apartment. Lift from ground floor essential if elderly/infirm as on 6th floor. Ideal location next to the River and a 10/15 min walk to Old Town and Wenceslas Square. Lovely views from balconies and good base with local bars /restaurants nearby, Third bedroom is in attic with stairs from lounge and some headheight restrictions. Great base for first visit to Prague golfing/city break. Would use again.

In general we liked this apartment.

The reasons are:
- quite central location (though the neighbor hood is not the best in London). To the British museum it is just 10-15 min of walk.
- very good public transportation connections (bus lines and metro)
- despite central location it is relatively quiet during daytime and night time
- WiFi worked without problems

There were several things which were not so good but did not really annoy much:
- the instructions about how to deposit garbage did not work. I called the hotline and the guy promised to give me an answer how to open the door to the room where the garbage is supposed to be dropped at, but he did not call back. So we had to find other solutions
- the stairs in the room has several problems so it is very dangerous if children are going up alone
- one lamp in the bathroom did not work
- it was difficult to open the doors with the keys, especially the main gate of the building
- the sofa in the living room was not very comfortable to sleep on
- the Lattenrost (slat frame) of the beds are of quite low quality

Also the location where the keys shall be fetched was not precisely described on the website (house nr. missing) and even wrong address was provided in the confirmation email. So I had to ask explicitly again for the right address.
