From the traffic situation extremely well located apartment in a quiet back building overlooking the green courtyard. Everything was clean and obviously well maintained, though at times the previous tenants wash dishes had only understood conditionally, but what Uwe has no influence. One star deduction is only because of the beds: there are two beds that are placed side by side instead of one individual (may be of advantage or disadvantage, in our clearly a disadvantage). Unfortunately, both had very lumpy mattresses, which clearly poses a problem for sensitive people back. I would not hesitate to take this apartment again, albeit with its own air mattress :-)

Vi trivdes bra i lägenheten. Läget passade fint för våra utflykter med närhet till Tram och U-bahn. Den låg på nedrebotten över gården och solen nådde inte ner. Om den inte hade haft så ljusa väggar kunde den ha känts mörk. Lägenheten var i fint skick och välutrustad. Kvarteren runt lägenheten har en viss storstadspuls men det finns ändå en småstadskänsla. I området finns ett bra utbud med välsorterade livsmedelsbutiker, restauranger och kafeer. Vi rekommenderar lördagsmarknaden på Kollwitz Platz.
Vi hade lite problem med att kontakt persone på plats inte riktigt tajmade oss när vi kom. Det skapade en liten osäkerhetskänsla men det löste sig bra.

Fräsch lägenhet i lugnt bostadsområde ca 10 min promenad från restauranger och cafeliv i mysiga Prenzlauer berg. Nära till bra kommunikationer vidare in till centrum.
Bl.a. mataffär,stor ekologisk mataffär och glasscafe ligger i kvarteret. Allt funkade bra vid ankomsten och avfärd. Bra med WiFi!

Apartamento muy limpio y con lo necesario para pasar unos días, muy tranquilo y bien comunicado, en dos minutos parada de tren con buenas conexiones tanto para el centro como para ir al aeropuerto, estuvimos genial
