What is much appreciated about the apartment is the very nearby public transport (tram on 50m from doorway). It drives you to all highlights of the city in 5 to15 minutes.
The apartment is located in 'De Baarsjes'. De Baarsjes, including this apartment, is a neighbourhood built in the old and famous 'Amsterdam School'-style. Most of the buildings in Oud-West were constructed in the first half of the twentieth century.
It is a vibrant neighbourhood (but because the apartment is in a side street you won't notice the sounds inside the apartment) and is full of great restaurants, cafes and bars. If you're craving pizza (Bar Spek), coffee (Buongiorno), or a beer (Radijs, Thuis, Cook) you can find it all. New really nice spots are popping up all the time, for example 'Fa. Speijkervet' (40m from the place).
If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact me, I'll be glad to answer them.
Looking forward to welcome you as (a) guest(s)!
House rulesPlease treat the property with respect.
The Dutch are pretty liberal but loud noise after midnight is generally a no no. Whilst being on holiday, please just treat the place like you would your own home..
