Fully renovated in 2012 and in immaculate condition, this spacious and tastefully decorated apartment on a classic London square comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, separate laundry and access to magnificent communal gardens (just like in the movie Notting Hill!), television and wi-fi access throughout. Comfortably sleeps 6 adults
(2 double beds 2 single beds), perfect for business executives, tourists and families. Additional child bed and/or cot and high chair available on request.
Moments from the trendy restaurants and boutiques of notting hill and Portobello Road as well as famous Hyde park and with easy access to public transport (central, circle and district line) and convenience stores as well Paddington Station (for those traveling through Heathrow), this apartment offers the perfect base from which to explore the sights of London. The delights of Oxford Street, Covent Garden, the West End theatre district, Knightsbridge (of Harrods fame), Madame Tussauds and numerous museums are all minutes away by public transport or London cab.
Nearby access to gym and pool at the Porchester Centre. We also provide running routes in the area.
The apartment is divided into 3 double bedrooms. There are two double beds, one with an ensuite full bathroom. All beds are covered with Egyptian Cotton sheets and duvets. The pillows are soft and comfortable and white towels are supplied in the bathrooms. There's desk facilities for working. Ample storage is available which is convenient for longer stays. The apartment is unique in the area as it is such a large space in a great location.
Guests when they arrive will find the basics for food available including milk and small care pack. The nearby supermarkets are open until 11pm at night with some stores even longer. We are flexible with arrival and departure times.
House rulesThis has been our family home for years and we expect that guests will treat it as their own home. We live nearby and are happy to help to make anyone's stay more comfortable.
Guests will need to provide a cash security deposit of £350 on arrival together with a cleaning fee of £50. The security deposit will be returned upon departure.

Prachtig appartement in een souterrain in een mooie wijk in Londen. Heel rustige straat. Prima verzorgd, netjes en in de keuken stond een mand met brood, koffie, thee voor ons klaar en melk in de koelkast. Het buitenplaatsje leidt niet tot een tuin, maar is een 2x2 meter binnenplaatsje van steen. Wel fijn voor een eventuele roker.
3 toiletten, 2 badkamers, 6 bedden en een fijne woonkamer. Kortom, een prima plek voor een groep mensen. Vlakbij 2 stations van de metro en vlakbij supermarkten en eettentjes. Aanrader: The Swan pub.
