This large 4500 sq/ft waterfront house on Biscayne Bay sleeps eight people comfortably.

It is a four bedrooms three bathroom house.
The MangroveII is nestled in a private community with 24 hour security gated access.

There is a great fully equipped kitchen, a bar facing large windows with a beautiful view of the bay, flat screen television in the living room and a wonderful waterfront dock.

The Master bedroom with views of the open bay has a king size bed with a master bathroom with Jacuzzi Roman tub, sinks.
The second bedroom has a queen size bed; the third bedroom has a queen size bed with lots of light; the fourth bedroom/laundry room has a single bed.

The house has its own private swimming pool bordered by Palm trees.
From the pool you can see open waters leading into Biscayne Bay and the Inter-coastal Waterway which meets the Atlantic Ocean. The pool area is great for entertaining with a barbecue area, great sunbathing lounges and dining areas.

Direct bay views from the house, boat dock and pool. It delivers fantastic views of Indian Creek Island and its breathtaking mansions and yachts.

Check-in
Check in time is 3:00 PM to 10:00pm.We will personally meet you in front of the rental.Please contact us at least one hour before arrival.We suggest two

hours so you do not have to wait in front of rental.Special accommodations such as early check in can be made in advance.

Check out
Check out time is 11:00 AM.We may be able to accommodate a late checkout if needed (2-3 hours at most).We need at least a 24 hours advance notice for a late

check-out request.There will be a half day charge if not vacated in accordance with this rental agreement.If you a do not vacate the place by 5:00 p.m.there

will be another full day charge.When you check out simply leave your keys in the room and lock the door behind you.

Pet Policy
If pets are allowed, there is a pet cleaning fee of $100 per animal.There are no cats allowed in any of the rentals.Florida State has a leash law that states

animals must be on a leash at all times outside of your abode. Dade County does not permit certain animals so please call in order to confirm that your pet

is legal in Dade County. Please make sure you have received confirmation from our staff prior to booking.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, gute Lage um NYC zu erkunden. John war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir waren zu fünft, zwei Erwachsene, drei Kinder.

Es ist wirklich ein schönes Grundstück. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Anlage könnte ein bisschen mehr gesäubert werden. Eine Anleitung für den Whirlpool wäre auch super, dann hätten wir ihn auch benutzt.

Die Lage ist fantastisch. Alles gut zu erreichen. Im Grossen und Ganzen haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Tja ,wie sagt man es am besten.Das in Amerika anders gewohnt wird ist ja bekannt und gar nicht schlimm aber .....
Für dieses Geld würde ich dort nicht wieder hinfahren denn es eignet sich unserer Meinung nach nur zu schlafen. Nicht sehr sauber , desolater Zustand der Einrichtung.Ich denke man sollte besser kontrollieren.Kurze , an teilnahmslose Einweisung und Versprechen die nicht eingehalten wurden .( Kanus ,Whirlpool,Parken ect.) Geschirr zu wenig für alle .
Ansonsten fühlte man sich etwas Abgezogen .Betten waren sauber !

Due to the fact that my wife was pregnant and we both were very tired we firstly decided to stay however. After approx. 30 minutes in the room my wife felt very sick and I got a terrible headache. Therefore we decided to see the assistant again but this was unsuccessful. We failed to reach the owner by phone as well. Outside location looks not too bad at a glance but looking more in detail…Oh my god. A small patio with dirty and partly damaged furniture is called the common area. Washing machine and dryer are located nearby. Not a very relaxing and comfortable environment. Conclusion: NEVER AGAIN!!! Even WIMDU did a very poor support on this…and keep in mind that the owner of this dump owns and rents more locations in this area.
To save the “best” for last: After asking for a refund he agreed to refund us some money if he could re-rent the apartment…and this was exactly what happened. When we arrived at the apartment to talk to him, a young guy opened the door. So the apartment was definitely re-rented. Yes, you guessed it: We never received any money.
