NEIGHBORHOOD: Located on the border of MISSION, HAYES VALLEY and SOMA neighborhoods. The three most trendy areas in the city! It is very central with easy access to Downtown or Castro via Muni (SF subway, only 2 stops away!) light train, bus or even within walking distance. You will be in the middle of the trendy shops and bars of the Hayes Valley, the new tech companies of SOMA and the melting pot of the Mission.

MISSION. The Mission has the best weather in the city, especially around this block. It is frequently warm and sunny when the rest of the city can be cold and foggy. In addition to that, it is less windy than many neighborhoods.

Residents in the Mission are incredibly diverse. Artists, street people, professionals and the general SF lot mix. Its gentrification is making it one of the most desirable neighborhoods in the city.

HAYES VALLEY. This San Francisco vacation rental is located in the heart of Hayes Valley. Unlike some other parts of San Francisco, Hayes Valley has managed to retain a sense of community and a nonexclusive feel despite the fast build-up and high price tags. Some of the businesses that braved the less-than-savory days are still around, such as the Hayes Street Grill, now twice its original size. But many of the shops sprouted up in the '90s, making Hayes Valley a real destination spot. The combination results in a wide diversity in clientele. While high-end San Franciscans sip $7 cocktails at Absinthe, down the street many are powering down an entire meal for around the same price at Flipper's. Now, tourists also head here specifically for the shopping, for one-of-a-kinds like a buffalo-leather chair or an exclusive Sue Wong Art Deco gown. The Hayes Valley commercial sector is young in age, but adult in style. As a destination, it serves theater and symphony patrons as well as high-end fashion and furnishing shoppers.

SOMA: South of Market is a huge district, sprawling from the Embarcadero to Eleventh Street, between Market and Townsend. The neighborhood is a patchwork of warehouses, swanky nightspots, residential hotels, art spaces, loft apartments, furniture showrooms and the notorious Internet companies. Although a lot of building has gone on in recent years, it is still not densely developed. You can walk several desolate blocks before suddenly finding a hopping restaurant. Most of the action can be found in three general areas: by South Park and the Giants ballpark, around the SF MOMA and Yerba Buena gardens, and over by Folsom and Eleventh Street. SoMa, as it's known, sounds a little like a SoHo wannabe, and it does have a strong downtown vibe.

Parking lot included in the same building. The spot is not covered against the rain.

Haight Buena Vista Park Garden 3BR

We had a very good time in San Francisco. The accomodation was big with a garden. We thought we would stay in a more personal house, but this is more a business house where a lot of people stay. They didn't had a lot of things to cook with in the house. The garden need to be taken care of. A bite disapointed.

Downtown Mission 1BR

Noe Valley Mission 1BR

Decent apartment with garden and great location. Close to public transport provides easy access to downtown and airports with BART. Walking distance to the nice middle class neighborhood Noe Valley and the more exciting the Mission district. Serviceminded owner as quickly sorted out with a clogged sink. Big plus for just 2 minutes Mitchel's ice cream. Best ice cream in town!

Super location of the apartment, 17 min with the Muni and we were Market Street, bus leaves no wishes open right in front of Tür.Bett and sofa bed for tall people geeignet.Ausstattung the apartment! The only negative is the thin walls in the apartment ... The holiday guests over us had four small children to, but zero road noise as side street! 2 min walk and we were happy to be coming back to Buena Vista Park.Wir.

Bernart is very friendly and attentive to the tenants. For me it lacked a few drinks, a problem with the toaster that my host has settled in a few hours.
