The property is a very bright and sunny two-storey loft with 2 bedrooms and a large terrace facing the park. This 1.100 Sq.Ft loft is beautifully decorated and furnished with antiques from China and Tibet as well as with very modern pieces of furniture.
Level 1: Entrance and private toilet, combined spacious living and dining room, fully equipped American kitchen and access to the cozy terrace. Laundry corner with dishwasher and washing machine. The ceiling height reaches over 4 meters and there are original columns of the factory at each corner of the room.
Level 2: 2 bedrooms, one in mezzanine over the main room and one private, quiet bedroom with very spacious closet. Complete bathroom with shower and bath tube.
House rulesEach guest will receive a copy of the company’s rental agreement which must be completed at the time of the reservation. The house rules can be summarized as the following:
You must provide the Company with a security deposit to act as collateral for any losses or damages to the Property (including its contents) during the rental period.
Security Deposit Policy:
Up to 2 weeks: u$s 800
Over 2 weeks: $1,200
(a) You are solely responsible for all damages, injuries and losses in connection with the occupancy or use of the Property by You or your guests. You must ensure that the Property and all furniture, fixtures and effects remain in the same condition as when You checked-in. If any item is missing or damaged, You agree to pay the replacement cost of those items. If there are non-removable stains or scratches on items that can’t be repaired You agree to pay the replacement cost of that item.
(b) Should You not disclose in writing any damage or inefficiencies within 12 hours of starting the occupancy, any damaged or inefficiencies noted at check-out will be your sole responsibility and all costs /fees of noted damage will be paid for by You.
Use of Property
(a) You cannot carry out any illegal activity at the Property or any activity that could be reasonably considered offensive, a disturbance, nuisance or annoyance to the other guests, building residents, Owner or the occupants of neighboring properties.
The Company wishes You to have an enjoyable vacation, but You must respect the rights of other residents in the building.
(b) No illegal drugs can be consumed in this Property and if evidence suggests that illegal drugs are being used You will be evicted immediately with no refund of any rental deposits paid and the Owner/building/Company also reserves the right to call the police immediately if illegal drugs are being used.
(c) Unless otherwise authorized by the Owner or the Company, You may not bring any animals to the Property.
(d) The total number of guests cannot exceed the number identified in this Agreement or on the Company’s website.
(e) You may not sublease the Property, or assign or transfer in whole or in part this Lease. You shall not modify or make any alterations of any nature to the Property.
