This two bedroom fully furnished executive apartment is the epitome of city living. One of only three penthouses in the block it is located on the shores of Blackwattle Bay with Sydney's world famous seafood markets right on your doorstep together with an abundance of running and bike tracks, parks, pubs and fine cafes and restaurants.
The apartment comprises of two double bedrooms both with built in robes and water views. The main bedroom has an ensuite and opens to an expansive balcony where you can relax and watch the beautiful sunsets. The second bedroom is serviced by the main bathroom and has access to a balcony overlooking Anzac Bridge and Wentworth Park. There is a combined living and dining room opening to a study area and balcony. The apartment comes with TV, DVD, Foxtel and internet access. There is a sofa bed for an extra two guests.
The modern gas kitchen is fully equipped with full size fridge and microwave. There is a large internal laundry room off the kitchen with washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities.
The building has security access with secure car parking and direct access to the apartment via the lift.
The complex has resort style amenities including heated pool, gymnasium, sauna and BBQ area.
Take a short stroll to the Fish Market, Darling Harbour and Harbour foreshore where there are renowned cafes and restaurants and it is just minutes to Sydney CBD, Powerhouse Museum, Maritime Museum and Entertainment Centre.

Ein schönes und sauberes Appartment mit guter öffentlicher Verkehrsanbindung ganz nah beim Fish Market. Toller Ausblick auf eine Brücke und Yachthafen. Nur der Lärm einer Baustelle direkt am Haus hat etwas gestört, ansonsten auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.
we were very satisfied with the accommodation that we occupied during our stay. spacious, clean and fontionnel it is located close to public transport which is very convenient. the only slight hitch was that we had booked for six and there were only four beds, missing a pair of sheets for the sofa bed.
nous avons été trés satisfait du logement que nous avons occupé durant notre séjour. spacieux, propre et fontionnel il est situé prés de transport en commun ce qui est trés pratique. le seul petit accroc, c'est que nous avions réservé pour six et il n'y avait que quatre couchages, il manquait une paire de draps pour le canapé lit.
We viewed the apartment very highly when we chose it, and we was not disappointed, it was found very clean, and details to comfort was well thought out

Really easy to find this property. Great communication from the start and keys were left on reception as instructed. Very clean apartment with everything we needed for our stay. Having a heated pool and gym was a bonus and access to laundry facilities in the building. Central to most areas and very easy to navigate round on public transport or walking down to the Harbour. Overall would recommend.

My wife and 3 children were travelling to Sydney to visit an elderly family friend who has cancer and doesn't have long to live. We befriended Glenys when we lived in Sydney just over 10 years ago and she got very close to our children. She lives alone and has no family other that ourselves so the kids are heart broken as we are most likely to be able to visit her before she passes due to the financial constraints. That said we needed to return to Europe before entering Peter's apartment as my wife's mother took ill and subsequently pass away 2 days later during the time we were to use the apartment. Peter refuse any form of refund or credit. Life can be cruel and more so some people with small hearts. My children are heart broken as the refund or credit would have been helpful towards any potential future visit. Wimdu support did their best to help but Peter is heartless recognizing we paid for 5 persons which incurred a higher daily rate. Think twice and read all reviews carefully
Hello Peter, we appreciated the stay in your appartment. It is in the center of Sydney, very sunny, has a modern style, enough space for three persons, good connections via WIFI, good equipment in the kitchen, even a washing and drying machine and a pool and sauna with a pantastic view across Sydney on the roof of the building. It´s just a little noisy due to the traffic and the typ of windows. Thanks a lot. We would choose it again next time.

Peu de communication et les clés doivent être récupérées à une autre adresse que celle de l'appartement (pas pratique sans voiture et avec bagages)
La salle de bain est vétuste et la propreté laisse à désirer. Des cafards dans l'appartement et l'immeuble.
Le plus de l'appartement : la terrasse et sa situation proche des transports en commun pour aller au centre de ville
