This property is located on the second floor of a newly renovated building, and the main door opens out to the living space which has a flatscreen cable TV and two comfortable armchairs. There is a kitchenette with all that is necessary for a self-catering stay, and an independent bathroom with stand-up shower cubicle.

The kitchenette and cabinets provide a practical separation from the bright sleeping space, with a large double bed and window overlooking the Alfama district towards the river.

Location and Surroundings
Alfama is the most typical neighborhood of Lisbon, in the center of the city, founded by the Arabs many centuries ago and the current hotspot of cultural tourism and Fado performances. From this apartment you can visit monuments, churches and other attractions on foot: the Castle, The São Vicente Monastery, the Sé Cathedral and the National Pantheon, Portas do Sol and Santa Luzia viewpoints with fantastic views, as well as explore the old Alfama district with its narrow cobbled streets and tight alleyways.

There are a variety of traditional shops nearby, and you can easily get to most places to visit in Lisbon.

You can also find nice restaurants and bars open until late, where you can have a drink and chat with your friends. The area has good transport connections: the Santa Apolonia Metro station is just 10 minutes walk away, and there are stops for trams and buses within 5 minutes of the apartment.

Smoking is not permitted in the apartment, and no pets are allowed.

Large Apartment with Terrace

Nos atendió Carlos a la hora indicada. Nos costo un poco encontrar el apartamento porque estaban de obras en la circular de Lisboa pero no hubo muchas complicaciones. El apartamento en si está muy bien es para 6 personas aunque fueramos sólo dos. Tiene todas las comodidades que se pueda esperar. Está un poco alejado del centro y del parque de las naciones. Los autobuses te llevan al centro en menos de 10 minutos pero algunas veces las esperas son largas y mas de noche. El barrio puede parecer no muy bueno a primera vista pero es tranquilo y sin muchos ruidos. Para nosotros fue perfecto ya que tienes a un paso de autobus todo lo que quieres ver, si te sacas la tarjeta de 24 horas de transporte por 6 € te mueves sin problemas por toda la ciudad utilizando cualquier medio de transporte menos el barco y el tren de cercanias teniendo en cuenta que el billete sencillo vale solo 1.80 €.

Large Apartment with Terrace

Die Wohnung ist schön und geräumig. Leider riecht sie etwas muffig - offenbar ist sie feucht. Die Espressomaschine war defekt und eine der Duschen läuft sehr schlecht ab. Aber die große Terrasse ist top und das Viertel entwickelt sich gerade. Nette Restaurants und eine tolle Bar sind um die Ecke. In die Innenstadt kommt man sehr schnell mit dem Bus.

Romantic Old Town Flat with Terrace

I can recommend the apartment of Roger. Central location. Short walking distance to the city and Metro. Check-In was very good and on time, we even got a google map link with good nearby restaurants. Communication and support was perfect.

Only the cleanliness of bathroom (shower) and the kitchen cabinets could be better. John

Nice apartment with all you need, right in the centre so you can walk most. A (e-)bike rental just around the corner.

The shower suffices but could do with a renovation.

The neighbourhood is quite lively at night, so when you like silence have your meal outdoors until at least 10 pm. Bedroom has double glass.

Our cabdriver had difficulty finding the address (even with GPS) and he may find it easier to go to the tram 28 stop on Praca Martim Moniz, near the hotel.

Excelente piso ,amplio .confortable y muy limpio .Parking cubierto que para nosotros era muy importante ,a una cuadra de la parada de autobús que te lleva a la estación de Oriente .ideal para descansar luego de hacer turismo en el centro .en las noches puedes caminar por la orilla de tajo y cenar bien.La atención a la llegada muy buena .Totalmente Recomendable .

Bright Attic near the Sé Cathedral (54)

Patricia nos recibió y fue encantadora. Nos dejó un apartamento mientras limpiaban el nuestro, ya que habíamos tenido un viaje muy largo y pesado, lo cual fue un detalle.
No es recomendable si tienes niños pequeñis por que hay una escalera muy pronunciada, pero tiene mucho encanto, está muy limpio y la zona es tranquila. Opción muy recomendable para alojarse en Lisboa.
