Balcony desired? Sunny 2-room apartment in Berlin-Mitte (Wedding) (49 m2) compared to the listed Osramhöfe. The apartment is fully furnished with internet connection, TV, DVD and mini-tower for CDs. Within Germany you free calls to landlines. It has a small modern bathroom and a fully equipped small kitchen with microwave, various kitchen appliances and utensils, a large, sunny balcony and a bedroom with double bed (an extra bed or cot can be provided).
Galleries and restaurants are nearby, as are many shops. The apartment is on the 4th OG. (No elevator). The house dates from the 50s and is currently being renovated. The rehabilitation works are ongoing for some time. Construction noise does not exist. The work on the dilapidated facade have not yet begun. The area is vibrant and multicultural. In the vicinity is the Schiller Park. To reach the apartment on the U9 (Nauen place) and U6 (lake road) / Tram is 50/M13.
The journey time from Nauen to Alexanderplatz square is 15 min, 17 min to Hackescher Markt, the central station 15 minutes, 11 minutes to the Zoo station and the Charité 7 min. The walk to the subway Nauener Course (U9) takes about 7 min. The Virchow Clinic is min in Figure 6. to reach the M13.
The house dates from the 50's. The facade is need of renovation, but is renewed for another few years. The house is situated in a quiet side street.
