It was an unforgetable stay in Roma and in Simonas and Fabios romantic loft!!!
We enjoyed coming back after a long trip in the wonderful city into the warmed and beautiful flat.
Thanks a lot for everything!! We hope to see each other again at our next stay in Rom :D

Loft is on the roof of the building. It's clean and complete. We did take the public transport (bus - 5 minutes walk) to travel to the center of Rome. Two supermarkets are also within a 5 minutes walk.
Fabio and Simona are high-quality guest and speak English Fabio is a big advantage when you arrive in a country where there is no known word of the language! Their explanation to the apartment was very clear, just take a bus from the station and you're there. It may seem eccentric but ultimately be the main avenue is well served by the bus network, and accede to the center of Rome in a few stations. The apartment is very well equipped, is to get a room if you are tired of Pizze! There was even a pellet stove that heated the atmosphere if necessary. An umbrella is even made a layout and it can really be used even in Rome! The only dark spot of the loft is a shower, a small, cold in this season, it should not be a great template to move in the shower. The bottom line is it does not however take full advantage of what the ancient city Rome?
The apartment is in a good, upscale residential area (but also quite loud) and public transport are within easy reach. The equipment is adequate but the bathroom is rather antique: the water system gurgled and roared, in the shower sometimes it was not even enough water for a mini-shower. Significant points deductions for them!
We enjoyed our stay in the Viala Pola. Very cosy, very clean, everything needed was available.
The "dakterras" was really wonderful.
Simona and Fabio, thank you very much for your kindness and your lovely appartment!

My boyfriend and I stayed in Simona and Fabio's flat for four nights. It was very clean and it had a well equipped kitchen. There was a washer, which we didn't use, but appreciated. I also liked that the apartment had an iron and a small ironing board. The shower was a little small (we're both rather thin, but if we had been bigger it may have been uncomfortable) and the hot water tank was very small. The studio itself was also a little smaller than I had thought from the pictures; the ceiling above the bed is slanted and made the room feel a bit smaller. The apartment is walking distance from the metro (about fifteen minutes or so) and also close to a nice market and restaurant (Pepe Verde - felt like a real local place). It was a bit further from the center of Rome than we would have preferred, though, which meant we left in the morning and couldn't come back until the end of the day (rather than popping in and out as necessary or stopping home in the middle of the day for a rest). Of course, we were limited by public transportation. The neighborhood was very nice, away from the touristy spots, and it felt very safe. Thanks for a great stay!
very nice studio with every comfort. it is located in a quiet neighborhood. the warm and discreet. a set of conditions that contributes to a stay in Rome very much appreciated.
We spent 4 beautiful nights in Rome, in the very nice and proper appartment of Fabio and Simona.
The appartment is in a quiet area at walking distance of the center of Rome.
Very nice stay we can recommend to everybody.
We have found our quarters as described. The directions there - at the airport - was absolutely perfect fit and easy to understand. The reference to a very nearby pub (Pebe Verde) was very helpful. There we ate out every night to really reasonable prices. Since everything was well prepared and organized and the apartment in good condition, there was no reason for further contact to our landlords. Although the hotel is located very close to the center, one still has the feeling of a little dip in the non-tourist life of the Roman population. We have found very pleasant. Since we can hardly Italian Fabio was good English for communication very helpful. Mille grazie e Fabio Simona. Arreviderci
Mille grazie Simona e Fabio. Arreviderci
We have been at home, the situation is ideal for a peaceful stay with public transport to the center to 3 minutes if you walk is a 20 min walk to termini. But the best are their owners Fabio Simona and hospitality that make l you are like one more, living the eternal city in a formidable way.
