Welcome to a charming home in the lovely De Waterkant area of Cape Town, situated against Signal Hill on the Atlantic Seaboard, within walking distance of the city centre, Green Point Stadium and the V&A Waterfront. Loader Street is part of the historic 19th century Cape Town with its traditional houses, iron-work and varrandas. No 19 is a Victorian house furnished in the style of that era with paintings and porcelain decoration reminicent of that time. The house however has all the advantages of modern living and it enjoys comfortably furnished patios at the front and at the back of the house.

Loader Street is just a few meters away from the Cape Quarter Shopping Center, which offers a variety of shops, restaurants and a choice of two gymasiums.

ACCOMMODATION and FACILITIES: (Maximum 7 persons)



a) A lovely 3 and a half bedroomed home, with 2 en suite bedrooms with queen size beds and one bedroom with twin beds and bathroom in the passage opposite the bedroom.

b) Fully furnished and equipped with quality towels and linen.

c) TV’s in all the bedrooms

d) Tastefully furnished lounge and diningroom area with TV, DVD/Video and mini hi-fi CD stereo system.

e) One private lock up garage with direct entrance into the house.

f) Fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, iron, and dishwasher etc.

g) Serviced twice a week (extra services available at extra cost).

h) No smoking in the house, but fine outside.

i) Airport transfers, car hire and tours gladly arranged.

j) Good swift laundry service available nearyby.

k) Within walking distance from the Presbyterian, Lutheran or Catholic churches.

Not directly at the V&A waterfront or downtown, but shops and restaurants in a walking distance. Taxi to the V&A waterfront or downtown 50 Rand. 3 sleeping rooms, all with own bathroom (plus one small sleeping room in the basement).Lots of space, own garage,3 patios,save location. You will feel like home. Ideal for discovering Capetown. Friendly landlord. Waterfront side very quit but one room to the back a lttle bit nosiy due to near Starnd Street.

Great place, lots of room, ideal location in a great neighborhood ... Close enough to everything to be able to walk.
We enjoyed the Victorian feel of the house... And the hosts were very helpful. We would definitely come back to this house.

Green Point Studio Apartment

We were a male Vuollerim spending one week here late October 2014. Very very nice apartment with a view to kill for! Nice, modern furniture, fully equipped kitchen and quite reliable wifi. Roy and Sergio are very nice hosts that are there when you need thenm but also let you have your privacy if you want too. Convenient laundry possibility (they take care of it, full load incl drying ZAR 80). Good location - quiet but still walking distance to both Waterfront, city centre and Seapoint - all 20 minutes or less.

Green Point Studio Apartment

Our stay at 121 Ocean View Drive was more than we could have ever hoped for. The apartment has everything you need. The kitchen is fully equipped. The TV has more channels than you can watch. The internet is unlimited (which is a big deal in South Africa). The bathroom is upscale hotel quality. The view truly is amazing. You'll constantly see cars pulling over right in front of the house to take pictures of the view and the view from the apartment is even better than street level.

Roy and Sergio are great hosts. They go about their business with a high level of professionalism.

In all, a fantastic place to stay.

For 10 days we enjoyed the spacious and luxurious studio apartment of Roy and Sergio. Superb views over the bay of Cape Town city and Greenpoint. Roy and Sergio are friendly, but not explicitly present, our privacy was respected. Good base to explore. Cape Town Definitely recommended .... Patrick and Wim
