The living/dining area is very spacious and features a sound system, flat screen TV, cable TV, DVD player, workstation desk and phone system.
If you are driving or renting a car, the apartment has secure parking for 2 vehicles.
This apartment has two large bedrooms with king-sized beds plus wardrobes. The master bedroom has its own ensuite and walk-in wardrobe. The main bathroom is spacious with bath and separate shower cubicle. The second bathroom has both a shower cubicle and separate bath.
Laundry facilities include a front loading washing machine, front loading drier, iron and ironing board.
All rates include electricity, and pay TV.

Tolles Apartment in günstiger Lage. Man ist schnell an der U-Bahn, kann aber auch ohne Probleme zu Fuß in die City laufen. Moderne Einrichtung, alles bestens in Schuss. Vom großen Balkon hat man einen hervorragenden Blick über die Skyline von Sydney. Ich kann die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen. Auch der Kontakt war absolut unkompliziert und sehr nett!
The apartment was great, the views of the Sydney skyline from the balcony simply stunning! Key collection (pick up at the reception of a hotel) worked without problems.
The apartment itself is decorated very spacious and comfortable, modern and chic 4 adults, only the baths date back to an earlier era ... would be renovated. Very good beds, air conditioning works great. We would come back!
Das Apartment war toll, der Blick auf die Skyline von Sydney vom Balkon einfach atemberaubend! Die Schlüsselübergabe (Abholung am Empfang eines Hotels) funktionierte unproblematisch.
Das Apartment selbst ist für 4 Erwachsene sehr geräumig und komfortabel, modern und chic eingerichtet, nur die Bäder stammen noch aus einer älteren Ära... müssten mal renoviert werden. Sehr gute Betten, Klimaanlage funktioniert hervorragend. Wir würden wiederkommen!
It was magical beautiful! The Quartier 88 Dowlingstreet the 4th floor was fantastic.
The view over the botanical garden to the skyline and down to the Bridge and the Opera House. The location was great, walking in a few minutes in the Botanical Gardens, yet quiet. Also near some gems, like the Tilburyhotel the hidden rooftop garden. Finger wharf with the fine restaurants ..
Within walking distance also equal to the King Cross station on the Butler stairs.
We found the neighborhood to get to know ideal for a family to Sydney. We stayed 2 weeks there and no day was boring. Also the Museum of NSW, the Park at Government House, the garden at all! Wonderful !!! Through the park it was also the same walk in the Rocks, so middle of the action. The apartment itself clean, spacious, well equipped with washer and dryer, and the kitchen very well. The beds super, 2 lovely bedrooms, a very tasteful living-dining room, 2 bathrooms. Heart and tired tourists after the trip what you want more!

Es war zauberschön! Das Quartier 88 Dowlingstreet im 4. Stock war phantastisch.
Der Blick über den botanischen Garten zur Skyline und bis hinunter zur Bridge und dem Opernhaus. Die Lage super, zu Fuß in ein paar Minuten im Botanischen Garten, trotzdem ruhig. Auch in der Nähe einige Perlen, wie das Tilburyhotel mit dem versteckten Dachgarten. Fingermans wharf mit den feinen Restaurants..
Zu Fuß auch gleich an der Bahnstation Kingscross über die Butlerstreppe.
Wir fanden das Quartier ideal für eine Familie um Sydney kennenzulernen. Wir waren 2 Wochen da und kein Tag war langweilig. Auch das Museum of NSW, der Park beim Governmentshouse, der Garten überhaupt! Wunderbar!!! Durch den Park war man aber auch gleich zu Fuß in the Rocks, also mitten im Trubel. Die Wohnung selbst gepflegt, geräumig, gut ausgestattet mit Waschmaschine und Trockner, auch die Küche sehr gut. Die Betten super, 2 schöne Schlafzimmer, ein sehr geschmackvolles Wohn-Eßzimmer, 2 Bäder. Herz und müder Urlauber nach dem Ausflug was willst Du mehr!

Really easy to find this property. Great communication from the start and keys were left on reception as instructed. Very clean apartment with everything we needed for our stay. Having a heated pool and gym was a bonus and access to laundry facilities in the building. Central to most areas and very easy to navigate round on public transport or walking down to the Harbour. Overall would recommend.
Peter the owner has no heart.
My wife and 3 children were travelling to Sydney to visit an elderly family friend who has cancer and doesn't have long to live. We befriended Glenys when we lived in Sydney just over 10 years ago and she got very close to our children. She lives alone and has no family other that ourselves so the kids are heart broken as we are most likely to be able to visit her before she passes due to the financial constraints. That said we needed to return to Europe before entering Peter's apartment as my wife's mother took ill and subsequently pass away 2 days later during the time we were to use the apartment. Peter refuse any form of refund or credit. Life can be cruel and more so some people with small hearts. My children are heart broken as the refund or credit would have been helpful towards any potential future visit. Wimdu support did their best to help but Peter is heartless recognizing we paid for 5 persons which incurred a higher daily rate. Think twice and read all reviews carefully
Hello Peter, we appreciated the stay in your appartment. It is in the center of Sydney, very sunny, has a modern style, enough space for three persons, good connections via WIFI, good equipment in the kitchen, even a washing and drying machine and a pool and sauna with a pantastic view across Sydney on the roof of the building. It´s just a little noisy due to the traffic and the typ of windows. Thanks a lot. We would choose it again next time.

Peu de communication et les clés doivent être récupérées à une autre adresse que celle de l'appartement (pas pratique sans voiture et avec bagages)
La salle de bain est vétuste et la propreté laisse à désirer. Des cafards dans l'appartement et l'immeuble.
Le plus de l'appartement : la terrasse et sa situation proche des transports en commun pour aller au centre de ville
Overall the apartment was adequate for our needs. It was clean, although décor is getting tired. The only minus was it's location near to the lift and the lift noise which we did get used to over the week. We reported the broken chair back and broken lock on the patio door which was quickly acknowledged for repair/replacement although neither happened while we were there. The location is great. Good value.
In general our stay in Studio City views was ok, but i have to say that the reception of the building had a terrible smell. I don't know how people can work there.
And the apartment needs new furniture they looked from the 90`s.
The rest was great, it even had a washing machine and detergent and the basics for the kitchen, so you can cook instead of going out every day. Sydney is a expensive city.
Appartamento in una posizione fantastica per poter visitare la città sia a piedi che usufruendo dei mezzi pubblici e con una magnifica vista su Hyde Park. Gli elettrodomestici erano tutti perfettamente funzionanti, lo wi-fi perfetto con modem in camera; unica nota dolente la pulizia che lasciava molto a desiderare tanto che io mi sono comprata tutto il necessario e ho dato una ripulita generale, anzi ho poi lasciato a disposizione degli altri ospiti un secchio uno spazzolone ed altro. Vorrei suggerire al proprietario di far controllare gli scarichi dei lavandini poichè non funzionavano molto bene. Per il resto posso dire di essere davvero soddisfatta.
