Cozy apartment F2 Rooms fully equipped 46 m²; on the 6th and last floor of an elevator building with a 13m balcony with a view of the Eiffel Tower. The 12m² room is in a new and quiet residence near the Moulin Rouge and Sacre Coeur, a few minutes walk from the Batignolles Park (walking, jogging, picnics).

No WIFI in the apartment but there is a good reception at the bottom of the building and around Paris with my username and password for free
Transportation:
- Metro line 13 Porte de Clichy or Porte de Saint Ouen, Bus 54, Bus 66 Opera bus 74 (Pont Neuf Louvre)
- RER C Porte de Clichy Versailles Rive Gauche
- Velib station (free bicycle service) at the end of the street,

The apartment has a bathroom, toilet, books and advice to discover or learn more about Paris. Sheets and towels provided. The 160/200 bed is new and extremely comfortable, a flat-screen TV.

The apartment features elegant wooden floorboards and homey décor. The living room offers a leather lounge, sunlit windows and a desk area. The open-plan fully equipped kitchen includes an espresso machine, and the double bedroom is cheerfully coloured. It includes a modern bathroom with towels and laundry facilities are available.

Very spacious and comfortable apartment with a XXL balcony, good bed and a great sight over Paris. But: The neighborhood is quite noisy. We really enjoyed our stay there, recommendable!

Ich habe zusammen mit meiner Tochter vom 1.6. bis 4.6.2015 drei Nächte in der Wohnung von Benoit verbracht. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und bestrebt, seinen Gästen einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu bereiten. In der Wohnung liegen diverse nützliche Reiseführer aus. Sinnvolle Tipps und Tricks für Paris bekommt man auch unmittelbar von dem sehr hilfsbereiten Vermieter. Die Wohnung hat alles was man für einen kurzfristigen Aufenthalt in Paris benötigt. Zwei der vier Platten des Cerankochfelds des Herdes sind defekt und funktionieren nicht. Dies hat uns jedoch nicht gestört, da wir ohnehin nur auswärts gegessen haben. Um sich eine kleine Mahlzeit zuzubereiten reichen sicherlich auch die zwei übrigen Platten. Zur nächsten Metro-Station der Linie 13 (Porte de Clichy) läuft man etwa 5-7 Minuten. Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig, obwohl derzeit auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite Bauarbeiten durchgeführt werden. Von den Arbeiten bekommt man in der Wohnung nicht viel mit. Dies liegt einerseits daran, dass die Wohnung sich im sechsten Stock, also ganz oben, befindet. Andererseits hatten die Bauarbeiter schon Feierabend, als wir von unseren jeweiligen Tagestouren wieder in die Wohnung zurückkehrten. Insgesamt hat es uns sehr gut gefallen und wir werden sicherlich gerne wiederkommen.

Bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten eine super Wohnung.

Benoit was since the begining very nice, give him us a lot of instructions.
What we didn´t like was to found a dirty house, just vacum the floor, dust everywhere and the floor very dirty. Bathtroom full of calk , no bath towells at all, only hand towels, gray not anymore white whith a very bad aspect. I have a no idea if the sheets of the bed was clean or not because they where not iron, with a very old blankets. Lot of noise at night coming from the street. And finally in the last day he come inside the house at 11hrs with no cerimony at all, not asking if he could come inside or not, saying that he had other persons and he has a lot to doing in the house. We pay this day fully and we get out fast because we didn´t want to stay anymore ! We don´t recomend, for this price we could be in a very nice and clean hotel !!!!

My husband and I recently stayed in this apartment, owned by Benoit. It's a sunny, warm, spacious, comfortable apartment with a balcony, and is situated in the north of Paris, near Porte de Clichy. It is well-equipped with a small dishwasher, washing machine, (neither of which we used), fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, filter coffee machine and toaster. It also has an oven and a four-ring hob. (Two of the rings weren't working during our stay but we didn't need them so this didn't affect us.) The location is on the eastern side of the 17th arrondissement, on the edge of Zone 1 in the Paris transport system. It's in an area with a lot of new buildings, and building work is still going on nearby, but the flat itself is very quiet and peaceful. The Porte de Clichy station for the Metro (Line 13) and RER (Line C) is about a seven-minute walk away so although the apartment isn't right in the centre of town the major sights are easily accessible by public transport. About a 10-minute walk away from the apartment is Rue de la Jonquiere, which contains several convenience stores, a couple of boulangeries, a Japanese/Chinese takeaway and one or two bistros. We did most of our shopping there. We didn't meet Benoit when we arrived - all arrangements were made by email and went very smoothly. However he very kindly allowed us to leave our suitcases in the apartment on our last day while we went sightseeing (which was a huge help) and we met him when we picked up the cases in the late afternoon. My husband had started to read one of Benoit's French paperbacks while we were staying there but hadn't managed to finish it and Benoit very generously gave him the book. The only real inconvenience for us during our stay was the lack of wifi in the flat, but it wasn't a major problem, and the mobile phone signal was good.

Es una zona tranquila pero en las afueras de la ciudad por lo que
debes estar preparado para coger el metro.
Benoit estuvo muy atento en todo momento y fue muy agradable.
Puedes ver la torre Eiffel desde casa!

We didn't manage to see each other but everything worked out perfectly via email.
Benoît was very fast in answering and had answers for all my questions.

The small road between the two school buildings to get to the apartment was something I overlooked when I got to the apartment, but Benoît pointed that detail out to me - then getting to/from the Metro stations was very quick and easy.
