The owner is friendly, location is good, the place is nice but could be better maintained. The dishes were extremely limited (1 wine glass and 2 water glasses are not quite enough even for a couple), there was only 2 small bath towels...and a leaky fosset in the bathroom made it hard to keep the floor dry... If these things were fixed i would otherwise highly recommend the place!

Tolle Wohnung, ruhig trotz zentraler Lage und wirklich sehr sauber. Eignet sich super auch für längere Aufenthalte. Einziger Nachteil: Die Mülltonnen im Innenhof stehen genau unter dem Fenster vom Schlafzimmer. Im Sommer sollte man die Fenster im Schlafzimmer also zu lassen, sonst stinkt es. Vielleicht kann man aber auch einfach die Mülltonnen woanders hinstellen.

Die Wohnung war; wie die Bilder es erahnen ließen wirklich nett eingerichtet. Ausnahmsweise mal ein "nicht IKEA typisches Apartment" Daumen hoch dafür. Für ein bis zwei Personen lässt es sich dort gut aushalten. Das Badezimmer ist sehr klein und leider fehlt eine Handtuchstange oder einige Haken neben dem Waschbecken. Will man mehr als ein nasses Handtuch aufhängen muss man auf die Wäschespinne im Flur zurückgreifen, schade. Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren super, ansonsten gut ausgestattet(Föhn, Bügeleisen, Microwelle etc.). Eine Beschreibung, wie man den TV bedient hätte hilfreich sein können. Das Haus hat zwar wie beschrieben einen Fahrstuhl, dieser hält aber leider auf den Zwischenebenen, was zur Folge hatte, dass man den schweren Koffer doch eine Treppe hinauf tragen muss; das hatte ich beim packen nicht eingeplant... Ansonsten top, gerne wieder.
