The main bedroom has a King size bed, television, and separate dressing area with a couch/fold out double bed and on-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed. Both with luxurious finishes including pure cotton percale linen.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, fridge, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, cutlery, crockery, kitchen utensils, iron and ironing board, everything that you would need to prepare your meals, making your stay easier and perfect.

The flat has also other amenities for a pleasant stay such as serviced daily with fresh linen twice a week, laundry / ironing facilities, hairdryer, satellite TV, quality bed linen and towels provided, high speed wireless internet, automatic gates to enter the property and secure off-street parking.

This flat offers private, reasonable-priced accommodation for business and leisure travelers. It is minutes away from Cavendish Square Shopping Centre, which boasts a wide range of restaurants, coffee bars, banks, movies, and other amenities.

The apartment is a few minutes’ drive from the University of Cape Town, Newland’s cricket and rugby stadiums, Kirstenbosch Gardens, the Constantia Wine district, wonderful beaches, and Table Mountain. An upmarket 180m2 self-catering furnished apartment with 2 bedrooms, lounge, dining room, eat-in kitchen, and 2 full bathrooms with a view of Table Mountain.

Its central location brings it into easy reach to highways or the train station. 20 kms from Cape Town International Airport, 15 kms from the Cape Town City Centre and the V&A Waterfront. Walking distance to train and buses, Virgin Active Health Club and various upmarket shops. Several Golf Courses within a 10-minute drive and there are many hiking trails starting at our doorstep, ranging from a gentle 1 hour stroll to an energetic day’s hike up Table Mountain. The Stellenbosch and Franschoek Wine route 45 minutes away.

House rules
In order to make your stay as pleasant as possible, the Management requests your cooperation in observing the following as an agreement between the us, under which the self-catering apartment is permitted to be used by the guest(s).

Tariff:
The tariff is for the fully furnished apartment, located on the 1st Floor of the guesthouse in Upper Claremont, Cape Town on a self-catering basis.
Guest registration forms must be completed and signed on arrival. No more than a total of 4 guests, as recorded on the registration forms may use the apartment. Accommodation is payable in advance to cover the period of the stay.

Check out time is 11 am on the day of departure.

Cleaning: Freshly-cleaned luxury linen and towels on arrival.
These are replaced twice a week. Daily general cleaning of the unit except on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

Meals & Beverages: We are a self-catering and therefore no meals or beverages are served or provided. We are happy to provide you with a list of take-out places or restaurants in the area.

Guest must:

. Refrain using electrical appliances such as heaters, cooking appliances or irons that cause a fire

. NOT SMOKE in the apartment

. Refrain from any other acts that cause a fire in the apartment or anywhere in the guesthouse property

. Make sure the door is locked when they leave the apartment and or on going to bed.

. Guests are not allowed pets of any kind in either the apartment or on the guesthouse property.

House Rules:
. Do not bring into the apartment or guest house property substances emitting a foul odor

. Firearms are not permitted in the apartment and or guesthouse property

. Objects of an unusually large size or in unusually large quantities

. Forbidden to bring illegal drugs or other articles, the possession of which is prohibited by the laws of South Africa

. Gambling of any kind or unlawful behavior is not permitted

. The apartment and guest house property may not be used for any business purposes or any purpose apart from accommodation, without the prior written consent of the Management

. Do not hang any items or objects whatsoever from the windows of the apartment

. The distribution or display of advertisements and sale of goods on the premises of the guest house are prohibited without prior authorization of Management

. Refrain from using equipment or fixtures for purposes other than those intended

. Do not remove or alter any equipment or fixtures of the apartment and guest house property

. Guests are not permitted to remove any belongings from the apartment and / or the guest house property without the prior written approval of Management

. No playing of loud music or making of loud noises

. Do not nail, screw or hang items of any kind to the walls or alter in any way the apartment or guest house property

. All electrical appliances must be switched off and windows must be closed when guests are out

. No electric appliance and furniture is to be installed inside the room without the prior permission of Management

. Guest house staff may check the apartment from time to time

. Quiet hours are between 10.00pm to 8.00am

Guest's Belongings:
Guests are particularly requested to lock the door of the apartment when going out or going to bed. The Management will not in any way whatsoever be responsible for any loss / or damage to the Guest's belongings or any other property from the apartment or any other part of the guest house for any cause whatsoever including theft of pilferage.

Damage to Property:
The guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the apartment and guesthouse property caused by themselves, their guests, visitors or any person for whom they are responsible.

Management’s Rights:
It is agreed that the guest will conduct him/ herself in a respectable manner and will not cause any nuisance or annoyance within the guesthouse premises. The Management has the right to request any guest to vacate the apartment or other areas of the guesthouse forthwith, without previous notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, and the guest shall be bound to vacate when requested to do so. In case of the default the Management has the right to remove the Guest luggage and belongings from the apartment occupied by him / her.

Relation between Management and Guest:
Nothing herein above shall continue or be deemed to constitute, or create any tenancy or sub-tenancy, or any other right to interact in the guest house premises or any part of portion thereof, in favour of any Guest or resident or visitor, and the Management shall always be deemed to be in full and absolute possession of the whole of the guest house premises.

Government rules and regulations and application of laws

Guest are requested to observe, abide by confirm to and be bound by all applicable acts and laws and Government rules and regulations in force from time to time.

Waiver: Management and their staff accept no liability whatsoever for any eventuality which may befall any person/s or their possessions whilst on our premises, engaging in any activity or en route to / from our premises nor for any travel arrangements, tours, late arrivals or departures assisted with.
