Welcome to this beautiful room in the heart of Istanbul with amazing views to the Golden, the Bosphorus and also to the old Istanbul.

The room is a double one but in this case it can accommodate 3 people because one extra bed can be added. It’s a clean and spacious room with free Wi-Fi and towels and shared facilities such as kitchen, 3bathrooms and 2 showers. Breakfast included in our hostel near your room.

We can also arrange the transfer from airport for you.

Just a few steps to Galata Tower and situated in the lively neighborhood of Beyoglu. You don’t need to go out to see the Galata Bridge and beautiful sceneries. Shops and restaurant are just around the corner. It takes few minutes to walk to Istiklal street and Taksim Square..15 minutes to Sultanahmet.

Take the Shuttle bus from airport to Taksim then follow the tram rail to the end.keep going towards Galata tower. You will find us on your left.

Beyoglu is where Istanbul's shopping, looking, eating, entertaining heart beats. It is a busy neighborhood day and night, cosmopolitan and at times chaotic. This is where you can find great food at decent prices, cheap beers as well as expensive dinners. It is also cultural heart of the city with movie theaters, art galleries and museums including the Pera Museum, the most important in Beyoglu and among top museums in Istanbul.

The ever crowded Istiklal street crosses Beyoglu from Tunel, Asmalimescit neighborhoods to Taksim Square and is what comes to people's mind first when they think of Beyoglu. A nostalgic tram crosses Istiklal Street but it is better to walk. The side streets just off Istiklal street offer pleasant surprises whether for art, food or drinks and waiting to be discovered.

Instead of a review I'd rather write a few tips, comments or tips that have been not yet or hardly mentioned. Since I have given 5 out of 5 points, it is clear what I think of this room (a dream), and thought of Martin and his colleagues in the hostel (very helpful and friendly).

This room is part of an apartment in the 7 rooms are rented. This can easily happen that you will be awakened by another at 6 clock, because the light in the back of the corridor automatically turns on and passes through the frosted glass of Zimmtür. Who has a light sleeper, may require ear plugs and a lack of sleep.
It was our first time in Turkey and we had to get used to it, that not all used toilet paper to be thrown into the toilet, but in a bucket, which stands next to it. So also in this apartment. It is advisable to bring own paper as an emergency reserve to.
The kitchen has a single pot and only one pan. The electric hob is tiny and outdated. The room is too small to eat there, and uncomfortable. There is (but) a large refrigerator. Most will go eat anyway. I can recommend a Falaffel -lunch who goes to the steep road about 200 high, in a narrow street on the right is.
Breakfast unfortunately only at 9 clock in the hostel (Turkish breakfast). The later, the more full. There are not so many places. Very international, young audience. In addition, a tiny cafe with coffee and cake (delicious).
A supermarket is located on the same street, after about 50Metern left. Good for basic equipment.
You can walk in 15 minutes from the apartment to the Museum of Modern Art (Istanbul Modern). Fantastic location with a café and exciting objects. To get to 10, the groups are about 12 clock. The ticket is valid for the whole day.
I could write more, but that is beyond the scope. But a very important detail I have to get rid of even mark your day, where the entrance is, because at night when all the shops are closed, the front door is closed, and you're running several times to get past it. With feeling also opens this lock.
PS. This room is great, but the room next door, which consists of two rooms, amazing! Have Fun!

After you reach through a dark, unappealing stairwell the bright, clean apartment on the 4th floor, is a an overwhelming view of the city opens up. The apartment is very central and right by the Galata Tower. The key can be picked up at any time at the nearby hostel. Samane was very flexible and gave us nice welcome and shown all important.

The title promises nothing wrong. This room really has a unique view of the Bosphorus and the mosque on the other side of the Galata Bridge. We spent 3 nights in the apartment and there can anyone who is not of an old building and a basic standard quenched recommend. The location is great to go to sleep and with such a great view and wake up the next morning, is really unique! One caveat: Very thin walls.

Sit up in bed and enjoy the wonderful view over the old town, which was a great experience. Even the great central location in the beautiful neighborhood we liked. The breakfast at the nearby hostel and very courteous staff was great and simple. The heater in the room caused at least partially acceptable temperatures. The hallway and bathroom were unheated. The rooms could have been cleaner. But the view and the location compensated us. We will gladly return.

incredible, wonderful, fantastic view! Nice Breakfast! If you are lucky, like me, you can see Bosphorus and Golden Horn from one room.It is very clean and tidy, everything there what you need basically.
But the room is not recommendable if it is still cold and you really need a heating, there is just a little Ufo think over the bed, the windows are very antique, are not keeping the wind outside. If you book this room because you like the antique style, you will not be very satisfied with the furniture, it is just simple and cheap. If I may advice something to samane: put a kind of carpet in the bathroom, otherwise it is very uncomfortable to step out of the shower on the cold and naked floor. The area is nice and you can reach public transport and nice shopping and nightlife Area in ten minutes by feet.

Sea View, Double Room, Breakfast & Wifi Included

The location is perfect and the place is lovely.
Although we've had unpleasant moment with staff. We were promised early breakfast (we had early flight). When we came there was nothing that looked like breakfast... It would be easier if we they just didn't promise.

On the pro-side: The apartment has an amazing view on the Bosporus. It is a pleasure to wake up and go to sleep to this sight. The wooden floors, high ceilings and brick walls are lovely. Martin and the World hostel staff are friendly hosts and always available for quesions. Breakfast in the hostel is alright and a good start into the day.

On the con-side: The staircase of the apartment is rather dodgy and makes you feel relieved when you can close the door behind you. The bathrooms, toilets and towles are just fine but rather suitable for young travelers who don't expect much. Since Istanbul is a noisy city and the walls are paper thin - bring earplugs if you want a good night's sleep.

All in all: Excellent for a short trip to Istanbul on a budget.

The apartment has a very good location and the room was clean. The breakfast at the hostel was good. The other residents were a bit noisy, but bearable. From the house from the outside and the stairwell must not be deterred you look. For young people really recommended.

Very welcome, simple but clean room. Apartment ideally located in the city. Small, simple but very decent breakfast. I recommend this address unpretentious but effective!
