Furthermore, you must comply with the house rules, which do not allow any noise between 10pm and 8am. This means that, including without limitation, you must not watch TV loudly or discuss and/or talk loudly in the kitchen. Thank you!

I live in the apartment from January to August so that the apartment can only be sublet between September and December when I am away on business in Asia and the UAE. Soemtimes its possible at other period, too. Please ask kindly by sending a massage. It is not intended for those who are looking for a typical “holiday apartment” as my personal belongings will remain in the apartment even though I will tuck away most of it in the cellar or in the wardrobes when the apartment is sublet. However, I don’t think this causes any problems as you can also see
from my ratings.

The comfortable and large apartment is located in the heart of Munich. The central train station can be reached within 5 minutes by subway, the historic city centre within 10 minutes.

The convenient apartment has two sleeping rooms, each furnished with a wardrobe, seating area and remote controlled blinds. One of the sleeping rooms has a king-size bed, the other one a high quality sofa bed with a very comfortable cold foam mattress. Furthermore, the apartment is completely equipped with all necessary appliances and equipment. It has a modern bath room and a dining area. WIFI (high speed with 50,000 kbit/s) is available for a small fee or free of cost if you stay for a longer period.

Kindly be noted that there is only washing mashine and not dryer.

The subway station “Stigimaierplatz” (line U1) is 300 metres away (a 3-4 minutes’ walk) and the attractive Olympiapark can be reached within 15 minutes by subway. Many good cafés and restaurants can be found in the neighbourhood. In the apartment you will find a selection of city guides, street maps and events guides that will help you to enjoy your stay in Munich.

If you are arriving at Munich airport take the S-Bahn to the station “Hackerbrücke”, from where it is a 10 to 15 minutes’ walk to the apartment.

Please note that you will need a passport that is valid for a minimum of 6 months. EU-citizens will need a personal identity card valid for a minimum of 6 months.

Landlord (me) and tenant agree to wait for each other for a maximum period of one hour. This first waiting hour is free of charge. Any additional waiting hour will be charged with 30.00 EUR for each started hour.
The tenant shall also be entitled to claim this waiting fee of 30.00 per extra hour, if the waiting time was caused by the landlord.


House rules
A cleaning fee of 40 € has to be paid if you stay for more than 2 weeks. A deposit of 400 € has to be paid and will be refunded after successful check-out. The deposit has to be paid via PayPal.
Guests can order bed linen and towels for a fee of 12 € per person.
Internet is available for a minimum fee of 12 € (for 3 days).
From day 8 to 13 the internet fee amounts to only 2 € per day.
Guests who stay longer than 14 days do not have to pay for using the internet.

Estuvimos una semana muy agradable en este apartamento, y en resumen esta es nuestra opinión:
1. Es céntrico y además está al lado de dos Biergarten estupendos.
2. El anfitrión es muy amable y servicial y además habla español. Nos facilitó incluso los traslados al aeropuerto que esta bastante lejos.
3. El apartamento esta arreglado y lo tiene todo bastante nuevo y de buena calidad. Muy limpio y con todo lo necesario.
4. El baño es Nuevo y tiene una ducha excelente además de lavadora etc
5. Tiene un buen salón con una tele grande y un sofá cama enorme
6 el dormitorio es muy completo y hasta tiene tele y armarios grandes
7 La wifi va estupendamente .
8. La cocina es grande y tiene de todo
9 Para dos personas es perfecto, y para cuatro hay que tener en cuenta que hay un baño

Wunderbare Wohnung, groß, geräumig, sehr gut ausgestattet. Helle Küche und Platz zum kochen und sitzen. Das Bad ist ganz neu mit Regenwald-Dusche. Alles sehr sauber. Die Lage ist perfekt. Wenige Minuten zur U-Bahn, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Bäcker gegenüber. Kino an der Ecke. Bei Nachfragen wurde prompt und sehr freundlich geholfen. Austausch, Schlüsselübergabe unkompliziert. Wir waren zu zweit und beruflich vor Ort. Die Whg ist absolut zu empfehlen ***** Danke!

It was a very nice stay in a wonderfulll appartment. Everything you need for a comfortable stay was in the appartment. It was also a really nice location and for us the private parking was also very good.

Further we slept very well because all of us liked the pillows So much!!

The apartment was beautiful! The location was great and Mano was really helpful. The kitchen was fully stocked with appliances and cookware. The beds were amazingly comfortable. The living room converts to a full bedroom (2 total). I visited Munich during Octoberfest and it was a great to come back to a place that felt like home. We are very thankful we found this place!

We stayed in this modern, centrally located apartment for 11 nights. It has lots of natural light, is well equipped and comfortable. The owner, Mano, was most helpful and visited us to answer some questions we had at the beginning of our stay. I would highly recommend this apartment for either short or long stays.
