The apartment offers awesome views over Parliament, old Slave Lodge, St George’s Cathedral and Company Gardens, all the way to Table Mountain and Lion’s Head, and is within walking distance of major attractions and CTICC. Other nearby attractions include, cafés, restaurants, street markets (Greenmarket Square and St. George's Mall), antique shops, art deco architecture, museums and night-life (visit famous Long Street for buzzing nightlife and entertainment).

The open plan living/dining/kitchen area opens out onto the balcony. We offer air-conditioning/heating, HD LCD satellite TV, WiFi, fridge/freezer, 4 plate ceramic hob and under-counter oven, dishwasher, washer/drier, microwave, toaster, quality bed linen, towels and hairdryer, spacious closets in both bedrooms, digital safe, 24 hour security access and parking, lift and use of swimming pool and gym.

Please do not dispose of coffee from the French Press down the sink.

Do not leave the sliding door to the balcony open when you go out. The wind can come up suddenly and cause stress on the hinges.

Please do not leave the air-conditioning running with the sliding door open.

Spacious apartment with all amenities, including a washing machine and dishwasher. There is 24 hour reception and security in the parking garage.
The apartment is on the 12th floor and has a balcony. Only drawback is that the last floor mat stairs must be done.
Furthermore, an excellent apartment that we certainly could book a second time.

Keurrig appartement, voldoende ruimte voor 4/3. Alles aanwezig, wasmachine, vaatwasser, broodrooster, enz. Jammer dat de wifi niet gratis is en een handdoek en theedoek voor de keuken zou makkelijk zijn. Nadeel, het lawaai van de afzuigers vlak bij de slaapkamer beneden. Slaap je daar doorheen is het een goed en keurige plek. Makkelijk aan te rijden, fijn parkje in de buurt om wat ta rennen, en een leker koffie tentje met verse croissants schuin aan de overkant.

Fantastic Apartment Cape Quarter

Die Wohnung an sich ist schön eingerichtet und großzügig. Die Nähe zur Waterfront ist von Vorteil. Jedoch ist die Lage inakzeptabel, da sie sich im obersten Level eines Parkhauses befindet. Zwei Fenstrr schauen ins Innere des Parkhauses, ein weiteres in einen kleinen Innenhof. Bei diesem Fenster sieht man von den Vorbeigehenden nur die Füße, da es einem Kellerfenster gleicht. Die Wohnung bietet nur diffuses Tageslicht und überhaupt keinen Ausblick, den es laut Beschreibung in wimdu gibt. Die Ausschreibung entspricht nicht der Realität.
