15. The guest who violates house rules and disturbs the peace will be unconditionally refused accommodation.

17. It is implied that, upon arrival and checking in, the guest is familiar with the house rules and agrees to obligations and conditions prescribed by it. Any disputes that cannot be resolved in agreement with the hotel or agency will be resolved through police intervention or in legal proceedings before the court of Pula. Complaints will be considered only if they have been reported during the stay. Subsequent complaints will not be taken into consideration. Ecletic Apartment with Parking

Die angegebene Adresse stimmt nicht, das Haus liegt nicht in veli vrh, sondern in der paganorska 1. Wir haben zwei Stunden gesucht und sind überall rumgeirrt... Das war schonmal kein guter Start in den Urlaub, vor allem weil David nicht unter der angegebenen Telefonnummer erreichbar war. Auch der Kundenservice vom wimdu konnte uns nicht weiterhelfen. Als wir endlich durch pures Glück ankamen, stießen wir auf Davids Schwester, die sehr nett war und sehr hilfsbereit!
Das Haus an sich ist sehr schön, und hat eine schöne Terrasse. Es gibt drei Zimmer mit je zwei schlafplätzen, aber es gab keine Waschmaschine. Die Klimaanlage hat gut funktioniert, und man sollte sie auch benutzen, denn wenn man die Fenster öffnet wird man von Mücken zu Tode gestochen. Zu Fuß kommt man aber weder zum Strand, noch in die stadt oder zum einkaufen.
