We spent a wonderfull week in this apartment. The apartment was cosy and the owners were very helpful. We loved the area, it's in the middle of Carmel market, close to everything.

Kommer vi att besöka Tel Aviv igen är det här vi ska bo. Perfekt läge. Nära till allting. Marknaden,stranden,shopping. Värden,Natalie, som bor i våningen under är hur underbar som helst. Ingenting är svårt. Hon fixar allt. Shlomo, som har kaffe't fixar kaffe om du vill. Sjunger varje fredag. Terrassen som är större än rummet är helt underbar. Där har man skugga hela dagen och det vill man ha efter en dag på stranden. Alla måltiderna kan man äta därute.Perfekt för en eller två personer. Inga småbarn. Lägenheten ligger på tredje våningen. Fräsch, nyligen renoverad. Rekommenderas verkligen.

A real nice studio, close to the marked, the beach, restaurants, cafes and shopping. I loved the terrace. The hostess took very good care of me. She had bought me some fruit and cookies because I arrived on Shabbat. Very clean and inviting place.

Practically located in the center of Tel Aviv a few blocks from the beach and close to the Tel Aviv Market ,which makes shopping for food very easy if u r planning a long stay.

The terrace alone is worth the price of the room for those chill out evenings with some wine.

Host were friendly and always ready to help and explain.

Wir waren im Sommer 2014 für knapp vier Wochen in dieser Wohnung und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist zwar nicht das modernste der Stadt aber viele Gründe sprechen für einen Aufenthalt hier:

- Die Wohnung bietet eine super Lage um Vancouver zu erkunden
- Die bunte Coach von den Bildern wurde kurz vor unserer Ankunft durch ein neues Schlafcoach ersetzt
- Die Aussicht ist im Sommer viel schöner als auf den Bildern, der große Kastanien-Baum trägt dann Blätter und man somit auf Grüne blickt
- Die Anordnung der Wohnung hat den Vorteil, dass nur in den frühen Morgenstunden Sonne in das Wohnzimmer fällt. Das Schlafzimmer ist gänzlich von der Sonne abgewendet, so dass es nicht stark überhitzt.
- Der gesamte Ablauf von Vorkontakt über Einchecken, Vor-Ort-Betreuung und Auschecken lief völlig reibungslos
- Die Wohnung ist Babyfreundlich - zumindest hat sich unser 5-Monate alter Sohn hier bestens entwickelt

The apartment was wonderful centrally located. In a short time we were at all the sights.
