January 2015

I would love to thank Rent In Rome the "great help" and "excellent treatment" received on our stay in Rome. We were willing to forget the poor maintenance of the apartment (mattresses very poor quality of the beds, very dirty walls, plates and cups with dry residues from previous use, dirty tablecloths, quilts or coverts sofa bed terribly stained without sleeves , puetas cabinets that do not close properly, etc.). It's a shame that an apartment with such a modern and attractive design has so many easy problems to solve. What we can not forgive is that we have not properly treated when we raised the issue of our luggage at the check-out (January 3). It's a question that had never been a problem in our many stays in hotels and apartments of different countries. We just wanted an answer, but we have not had any response to various messages we have sent to them from the 31st of December at 00:30 (one of those posts would also directed to Windu). We had to move personally to the office in the afternoon of January 2 to only speak briefly to get a person through the intercom, but allow us up to talk face to face. After all, the only response was that he could do nothing for us.
As Windu, the response we got was that they could not accommodate so far as they were busy with other applications. Another message Windu came to us after we returned from our trip, to express the wish that we could solve our problem (on our own).
All this has meant lost time, tinker around at the last minute, twice higher spending on transport of passengers and luggage to Termini, plus luggage storage, and a bitter sense of disappointment to end our trip.
Of course, we will send our complaint to the websites that collect opinions.

A big mess! Not recommended but we were in the app Elisa. Booked and marked. App for Vatican was de Luxe. Supposedly, this app would be at the time not available for the purpose of Technical defects. The location of Elisa is good but the condition leaves to be desired compared to the Vatican de Luxe left. 6 women had to share a bathroom, smoking had no choice, they had to of 3 Stock front door. A window that was broken upon opening, (handle broken) was not repaired in time from Friday to Sunday. Sunday morning without hot water, despite SMS and call was no response. On Vormitag I reached someone, too late for us to shower. Not recommended. I have been often to fourth in Rome on Wimdu with friends and have never been there and never disappointed with my now 5 women to 50, which the first times wanted to see Rome loved the city but were disappointed by the property.

Wonderful apartment, beautifully situated near the Vatican. The sofa also slept fine. Just a pity that there are only four chairs at the table for 6 people and there are very few glasses and cups provided. The garden is superb!

The apartment is well located but it leaves a bit to go: the very average household kitchen (we had to redo all the dishes and the dishwasher was unusable), hair dryer does not work, sofa bed broken, stained cover , bathroom not clean, the window broken toilet ... Too bad because the apartment could be very nice. Pros: 2 bathrooms and terrace.

Uneingeschränt 5 points for the service by Simon, who responded immediately and very customer oriented and acted as the location (accessibility and district), which is for a Rome trip really great. The apartment is a little smaller than it looks in the pictures - 4 people is the optimal assignment.

ideally located, quiet and accessible to public transportation, excellent restaurants nearby. Bright and good standing. All easier to cook or just breakfast at the apartment. Three unforgettable days.
