The living room has a TV with Premium Direct/TV (Free HBO, Showtime and Cinemax) and 2 chairs and a pull-out sofa. The dining room seats 4, has a stereo with CD player and an additional speaker/amp for an ipod/mp3 player, several board and card games and travel guide and books are provided. The well equipped kitchen has an electric range and stove, full-size fridge, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. There are several closets. The bathroom has a shower only, no tub.

Great feature of this apartment is its central location: it is only a few minutes' walking distance to many food venues, a Grill and Deli, Cuban, Mediterranean Chicken, 2 Taco Stands, 2 Vietnamese Pho noodle houses, Pizza, El Salvadoran, a Parisian-inspired café, Chinese, Mexican, Italian, a boutique wine shop, a local bakery, Starbucks, Subway sandwiches, a chocolate/brownie treat shop, 3 small neighborhood convenience stores and a weekly Farmers Market on Sunday. Less than ¾ mile and 16 minutes by foot per Google Maps are 2 supermarkets and several more food options.

With a car there is easy freeway access to the 2, 5 and 134 freeways. It is a short drive to the Bob Hope Airport, Universal Studios, the Rose Bowl, Hollywood, Burbank, Glendale and Downtown LA.

Public bus transportation is only steps from the door and the Glendale Train Station is 1.1 miles by foot.
