This studio is in the charming neighbourhood of San Telmo. San Telmo is one of the oldest neighborhoods in the city, which was historically inhabited by the wealthiest families in the city. The virtue of San Telmo neighborhood lies on those interesting places one gets to know while walking, while going through stone pavement and narrow streets that surround colonial buildings, many of which act as antique dealers and ateliers. If you want to feel something different, it's worth the visit.
House rules
* Please conserve energy-do not leave A/C or lights on unnecessarily; same with stoves.
* Drug use, or excessive alcohol use will not be tolerated.
* If a guest behaves in a manner that is threatening or menacing to others or to property, they will be asked to leave.
* Upon arrival, the landlord, will meet the tenant at the apartment.
* Upon check-in the tenant must provide photocopies of passport.
* The information given by the tenant must include the number of guests that will be occupying the apartment.
* Accommodating more guests in the facilities than what was previously established in the contract is sufficient reason for eviction.
* All responsibilities and obligations of both the tenants and the apartment owner will be properly described in the corresponding rental contract.
* During rental period, any structural damage or malfunction of the facility must be brought to the attention of the apartment owner as soon as possible.
* Rental fee includes expenses and utilities, in other words, everything is included.
* The contract will be signed, along with the addendum which lists inventory
* Payment will be made, and keys released.
* Check out time is at 10.00 A.M. local time. If tenant wants to remain in the apartment, he should ask for proper arrangements and costs.
* The apartment should be in the same clean condition as it was upon delivery to tenant; therefore, it´s tenant responsability to return it tidy, with all bedding and towels thoroughly cleaned.
* After checking the apartment condition and inventory, and having assured that there is no damage, security deposit will be reimbursed.
* Tenant has to return apartment’s keys at this time.
