An Elegant 2BR - Earls Court -LP2

When we arrived at city relay to collect the keys we were informed the flat wasnt available due to a gas leak. The friendly staff found us a replacement flat straight away. The place we stayed was fantastic. The following day they arranged for a taxi for us so we could drop the keys off and move to ther flat we originally booked. Although the flat wasnt ready by the time we got there it was soon sorted. This flat was nice and in a good location. Overall very good service. Would recommend to anyone.

It has been the worst experience in london we ever had. The apartment was dirty and oldish, the bedclothes were spotted as the towel. It wasn't ready any guest. We complainted with the main office but we didn't receive any maide or cleaning service at all in five days. Keep in mind that this could happen to you as well!

We are very satisfied with our stay in London and the spacious flat. We are a family of five and it was perfect for us, with two toilets and a lot of space to relax in. The flat is centrally placed in a good neighbourhood. Maxime has been very helpful to us and is very flexible to find solutions for us. For instance we got an extra set of keys upon demand very quickly. The sound from traffic can be a little disturbing when sleeping in the double bed (windows not so good isolated). Excellent location, plenty of space, well equipped and flexible management. The owners where really nice and gave me the possibility to arrive before 10 and to leave at 3 pm which was perfect. Internet worked well, the kitchen had what you need if you want to cook by yourself otherwise there are plenty of good value restaurants in the neighborhood. It doesn't get a full point though due to the fact that they couldn't provide me with an extra set of keys which caused me some logistical problems. But I am sure that if you address that when you do the booking they can fix it.
