The apartment has been recently renovated and refurbished, and it is fitted with air conditioning.
It offers a room with a double bed, a TV corner and a basic kitchenette with a dining table for 2.
The bathroom is fitted with shower stall, basin and toilet.
The apartment is just few steps from Campo de'Fiori, where every day there is a carachteristic open market.
Near the house there are many restaurants and pubs and two supermarket
Accordingly to the current territorial law terms for every day of staying the city tax must be paid in the measure of 3,50 € per person. The city tax will be billed at the beginning of your stay
Whitin walking distance to piazza Navona 1 minute, Campo de' fiori 3 minutes, Pantheon 5 minutes, Trastevere 10 minutes, Vatican city 10 minutes, Colosseum 20 minutes,Trevi fountain 10 minutes ,Spanish steps 10 minutes. For that reason you will not need to take any local transportation to visit the heart of Rome

We don't make you pay the cleaning of the apartment, so, when you leave it, please throw the garbage and wash the dishes you have used. If not, an extra charge of 20€ must be paid for the cleaning.
Towels are not disposable, please don't use them to remove make up or for any other inappropriate usage.

the excellent location, 15 minutes walk to the Vatican, 3 minutes Navonna square, Pantheon a10, 15-20 of the Trevi Fountain, 30-40 min. square españa.Hasta walked (about 35 min.) to Trastevere and also to study coliseum.El well enough, the only downside is the TV not being in bed (is negative) .For otherwise everything right. (well, four days we only had hot water the first day to shower but that did not matter, showered with cold water and so happy) .Silvia, attentive and explanatory.
la ubicacion inmejorable,a 15 minutos andando al vaticano,a 3 minutos a plaza navonna,a10 del panteón,a 15-20 de la fontana de trevi,a 30-40 min. de plaza españa.Hasta fuimos andando(unos 35 min.)al trastevere y tambien al coliseum.El estudio muy bien,suficiente,la única pega la televisión no se ve estando en la cama(se ve en negativo).Por lo demás todo correcto.(bueno,de 4 días solo tuvimos agua caliente el primer día para ducharnos pero eso no tuvo importancia ,nos duchamos con agua fría y tan contentos).Silvia,atenta y explicativa.
This appartment was clean, comfortable and very good situated. In no time you are in the middle of piazza Navona or the Vatican between nice shops, restaurants or bars. Sylvia the host can give you nice adresses to go to.
We were very pleased with Silvia and the apartment. It was very neat and clean and equipped with all utensils for cooking. Also, it was very central, yet quiet and we were able to comfortably reach all the sights on foot. (Coliseum in about 35 minutes., Vatican in about 25 min.) Just around the corner was a very cozy breakfast bar, the staff spoke very good English. The settlement with Silvia worked perfectly in English via email. She was at the agreed times to collect the keys over time (though no Italian punctuality strength) and was very friendly. We would decide once again for this apartment.
Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit Silvia und dem Appartment. Es war sehr ordentlich und sauber und mit sämtlichem Geschirr zum Kochen ausgestattet. Außerdem lag es sehr zentral und trotzdem ruhig und wir konnten alle Sehenswürdigkeiten gemütlich zu Fuß erreichen. (Kolosseum in ca. 35 Min., Vatikan in ca. 25 Min.) Um die Ecke war eine sehr gemütliche Frühstücksbar, das Personal sprach sehr gut englisch. Auch die Abwicklung mit Silvia funktionierte perfekt auf englisch über E-Mail. Sie war zu den vereinbarten Zeiten zur Schlüsselübergabe mehr als pünktlich (obwohl Pünktlichkeit keine italienische Stärke ist) und war sehr freundlich. Wir würden uns sofort wieder für dieses Appartement entscheiden.

Todo muy bien, la anfitriona muy amable y dispuesta a resolver cualquier inconveniete. El departamento muy bien ubicado y comodo para 2 personas. Todo funciona a la perfección. Muy bien decorado definitivamente volvería si alguna vez regreso a Romas.
