Sehr ruhiges und mit 50 m² vergleichsweise geräumiges Appartement am Montmartre. Eine lange Internet-Recherche nach einer günstigen und gut gelegenen FEWO im Zentrum von Paris hat ergeben, dass dieses Appartment im Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis kaum überboten wird. Zur Information: Miniappartements - etwa 17 bis 27 m² groß und damit Marke Wohnklo - kosten fast genauso viel. Die ruhige Lage im Innenhof ist ein enormer Vorteil während stressiger Besichtigungen, die Ausrichtung nach Norden im Hochsommer sicher sehr günstig. Die mit Atomstrom befeuerten Elektro-Heizungen können für verfrorene Zeitgenossen - zum Beispiel Damen und Nichtalkohol-Trinker - zu wenig Wärme produzieren, zumal die Fenster für deutsche Dämmwahn-Verhältnisse nicht bündig schließen. Den grundsätzlich zu empfehlenden Aufenthalt im Winter und in der Übergangszeit sollte man/frau nur mit dicken Pullovern und Jacken im Koffer angehen. Ansonsten: Gutes Ausziehsofa im Wohnraum + Doppelbett im Schlafraum = 4 Personen/2 Paare möglich. Holztisch am Fenster für 4 Personen wäre wünschenswert anstelle der derzeitigen Metallkonstruktion, ein kleinerer Beistelltisch am Sofa wäre besser als das flache, wenig funktionale flache Riesentrumm mitten im Raum. Insgesamt trotz dieser Verbesserungsvorschläge sehr empfehlenswert.
