The apartment is situated in a substantial Victorian town house (1866) in the centre of London. It comprises of a long entrance hall. living/dining room, 2 double bedrooms (plus single guest bed), a fully fitted kitchen with washing machine/dryer. The tiled bathroom is fitted with a power shower above the bath. The apartment has been awarded 4 stars by Visit Britain.

The apartment is in the Fulham/Kensington/Chelsea border and so very central to all of the major tourist attractions in London. Houses of Parliament, Buckingham Palace and the Natural History Museum are all about twenty minutes by bus. Beautiful mature garden which is accessed from the sitting room and kitchen.
There is also a fresh fruit and vegetable market and supermarkets within five minutes' walk from the apartment. Free Parking and wi-fi.

West Brompton Tube station is only 3 minutes' walk. The bus stops are just minutes from the apartment . The number 74 will take you to Hyde Park, Oxford Street for shopping, and to Baker Street for Madame Tussaud's wax works in twenty minutes.

Kensington & Chelsea are one of the most attractive areas of London. It is the home to several major museums such as Natural History Museum and Science Museum. The famous department stores Harrods and Harvey Nichols are located in Knightsbridge which is about twenty minutes by bus. Most attractions in London are within easy reach, such as Big Ben, Buckingham Palace and Piccadilly Circus.

Wir hatten wirklich wundervoll Tage in London
Die Kritik des Besuchs im April können wir nicht nachvollziehen
Unsere Unterkunft war sauber und alles frisch bezogen
Handtücher waren frisch und reichlich vorhanden
Empfangen wurden wir von einer älteren Dame, die uns alles genau erklärt
Wir bekamen zwei Schlüssel, Fenster und Tür könnten geöffnet werden
Die Wohnung liegt auch super Central - U-Bahnstation und Bus genau vor der Haustür
Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen und sagen Danke

We had amazing time with my relatives in London. The apartment was exactly like in the description, clean and in a really good location, especially if you are coming from Gatwick airport and utilizing EasyBus. We would definately stay here again if we have +3 people next time we visit London.

Leider hat sich unsere Vermieterin in den ganzen 5 Tagen nicht ein Mal blicken lassen, was eventuell der Tatsache geschuldet ist, dass sie oder ihre Mutter über unserer feuchten Kellerwohnung nächtelang scheinbar gefeiert haben - das Getrampel ließ uns kaum schlafen. Empfangen wurden wir von einer alten Frau, die uns pausenlos wiederkehrend erzählte, dass die Dusche kaputt sei.Sie verbrachten dann den Tag in unserer Wohnung, um auf den Klempner zu warten. Da die Dame 'etwas' streng gerochen hat, haben wir erstmal kräftig lüften wollen: die Terassentür ließ sich allerdings nicht offenen, da mit Farbe zugemalt - genauso wie die Schlafzimmerfenster (zur lauten Hauptstraße) ... Zum Ausgleich dafür ließen sich dann die Wohnungstüren nicht schließen :)) Die einzige Möglichkeit, den muffigen Kellergeruch loszuwerden, war Durchzug via Haustür und Hinterausgang zum (ungepflegten) Garten. Den kurzfristigen Ausgang zur Bank von mir und meiner Freundin nutzte die Mutter der Vermieterin (den Spitznamen, den wir ihr gegeben haben verrate ich lieber nicht - ist aber schottisch), um ungefragt und ohne Anzuklopfen oder zu klingeln, ungebeten unsere Wohnung zu betreten und unsere Kinder in sehr rüdem Tonfall abzuschreien. Auf meine Bitte, den Tonfall und die Lautstärke zu mäßigen, reagierte sie nicht, Auch nicht auf meine mehrfache Aufforderung, die Wohnung zu verlassen, erfolgte zunächst keine Reaktion. Die Wohnung wurde von uns gereinigt übergeben - wenn sich die Vermieterin ein Mal in den 5 Tagen ein Stockwerk herunterbemüht hätte, hätte sie sich selbst davon überzeugen können - aber selbst als ich am Folgetag nach dem 2. Wohnungsschlüssel, der uns zugesagt wurde, fragen wollte, bekam ich Frau Amy Gabriella nicht zu Gesicht. Fazit: die Lage der Wohnung ist das Einzige, was wir positiv bewerten können. Die Unterkunft können wir absolut NICHT weiterempfehlen!

Location is excellent just 4 min walk to West Brompton tube station. Bus stops right outside. Apartment is quite large with 2 bedroom and fully equipped kitchen. Nice garden at the back. Shower seems to go hot and cold sometimes and bed is quite squeaky but otherwise excellent stay. Hosts are helpful and allowed us to park our car offstreet.

Stayed with my boyfriend and 2 teenage daughters for 4 nights. Very happy with both the host and the apartment. It all looked like the pictures, squeeky beds was the only thing to complain about, but not a big problem :) Location was perfect, 3 minute walk to the tube. The host was very friendly and helpful with directions to places we wanted to see. We will definately come back.
