Very good location and very quick friendly response to any problems we had that they could fix.
Issues we encountered were a lot of noise every night on the street, bad mold smell in bathroom ,broken shower, no pots to cook with, just 2 very scratched and dirty fry pans, ( new ones were delivered as soon as we complained.), no sheets for 2nd bed ( delivered as soon as we called), stained sheets though clean, on other bed.
The studio is ok. Enough space, but not very clean. The bed is terrible. Saggy mattress and wobly bed. The kitchen equipment could be better as well. For a few days it's ok provided that they place a new bed.
Don't do it. It's not worth it. To begin, the property manager didn't send us any information until we were already on the plane. We were supposed to complete some sort of survey to get the check-in instructions, but we were already to customs by the time I was able to connect to WiFi and see the email. I sent a WhatsApp message (as instructed), but the woman wouldn't give us instructions via WhatsApp, creating an issue as we hadn't set up our international phone numbers yet.
Once we finally got into the flat, we were in for another disappointment - it was FILTHY. There was dirt and dust everywhere and mold in the shower. They didn't leave any cleaning supplies, so we had to go buy some. They also didn't leave any trash bin liners, paper towels or extra toilet paper.
The bed was horrible. It felt like a sofa pull out bed and was broken on the bottom. There was no fitted sheet for the mattress - just a flat sheet and a duvet. The landlady also at one point asked us if she could put some rat poisoning in our flat (we had our dog with us, so we had to say no and cross our fingers that we wouldn't have any rat run-ins).
The apartment was cosy, nice and comfortable. However, the gabgarbage dums get overflowing with dirts falling on the ground. There is also no bedside switch or light, one has to switch off all the by the wardrobe. The tissue paper wasn't sufficient for the whole of the 3weeks likewise the cutlery especially fork. The pots are nonstick and burn food easily.
Above all, I really enjoyed my stay and would like to come again.

Lo mejor es la ubicación y la atención del personal. Lo peor es la falta de limpieza. La cocina y el baño llevan como mínimo tres años sin una limpieza a fondo. Tiene una cama muy cómoda y un sofá cama que ni siquiera se abre del todo, de modo que una persona tiene que dormir inclinada. Una incomodidad añadida es que la electricidad no está incluida.
Tengo que decirles que la decepción fue tremenda, hasta el punto de casi arruinarnos las vacaciones, el apartamento que habíamos contratado estaba por falta de limpieza inhabitable y la vajilla inutilizable, por lo que decidieron cambiarnos a otro, que resultó estar en un segundo piso con unas escaleras casi imposibles para personas, y mucho menos con equipajes. Sin enchufe en el baño, sin sartenes, sin persianas o cortinas opacas para el descanso, el colchón una mera placa con muelles incómodo , las almohadas deshechas y duras y los llantos de los niños de los vecinos insoportable. en resumen no teníamos más tiempo para quejarnos porque perderíamos actividades contratadas pero deberían devolverme el dinero porque contraté un piso bajo por enfermedad respiratoria que padezco con jardín y me han obligado a un esfuerzo para mí casi imposible causandonos problemas. Apartamentos no aptos para alquiler. Mal, mal, mal. El apartamento al que nos cambiamos tampoco estaba preparado, sin papel higiénico, sin jabón y lleno de polvo, siempre oliendo a verduras y tabaco. Estoy muy enfadada, no podíamos quejarnos más por falta de tiempo. Espero algún tipo de feedback
Abbiamo soggiornato gradevolmente per 6 giorni. Il monolocale è conforme alla descrizione, ben attrezzato, pulito e luminoso.Molto carino affacciarsi sul giardino dove la mattina transita uno scoiattolo.La metro, ancora in zona 2, è raggiungibile velocemente; il quartiere è tranquillo e piacevole, e se siete fortunati, la sera potrete incontrare una volpe!
El apartamento esta bien situado a 3 minutos del metro y a 20 minutos del centro en metro zona muy tranquila supermercados cerca el apartamento tenia un poco de polvo pero relativamente limpio no hay papel higienico
