LOFT = housing with few divisions and large spaces, the result of the recovery and transformation of a local or industrial space.
Inside the Loft, the spaces flow continuously from the entrance "patio" to the bedroom suite, although this does not mean that privacy is lost thanks to elements such as the large sliding door of the suite or the living room curtains, which allow make it independent when used to sleep, unfolding its comfortable sofa-bed. And if you travel with children and want to have two additional seats for them, we can offer you an extra bed in the suite, as long as you let us know in advance.
Services and common areas
The loft is an old commercial place converted into a house, so it does not share common areas with the rest of the block, with an independent exit to the street.
Attention to the guests
Our guests will receive personalized attention to explain everything about the accommodation. We will also advise you on places to visit, places to eat, how to get around the city, facilitating plans of the same, etc.
Its location is ideal. It is located in a characteristic Seville neighborhood of the s. XVI, the neighborhood of San Lorenzo. An enclave within the historic center of Seville but with fantastic accessibility, both by public transport and by private vehicle. In addition, we offer our guests free parking next to the loft to make your arrival and travel more comfortable. San Lorenzo is strategically located, next to the Guadalquivir, in front of the Cartuja, surrounded by squares and churches of a very important cultural, artistic and monumental value. The convent church of San Antonio de Padua (17th century) stands very close to the loft and the Plaza de San Lorenzo, where the parish church of San Lorenzo (17th-19th centuries) and the Basilica of the Great Power are located. Without a doubt, it is an ideal neighborhood to enjoy Easter. Its streets convey great Sevillian tradition, we find magnificent typical houses with stately facades and spacious courtyards inside. And on a human level, it is a neighborhood nearby, alive at all hours of the day, where people meet and greet each other and where they enjoy "tapas" with friends in any of the genuine bars in the area. One step away, we have the Alameda, another of the best known areas of Seville for being one of the most active public spaces of the city at all hours, with concerts, exhibitions, markets and countless bars of design with terraces in which to enjoy outdoor. The commercial area of the city is 5 min. walking Then we arrive at El Corte Inglés.
