Reviews of this property
Gorgeous days in Copenhagen! We have had a wonderful time at Michaels place. The apartment so nice, tidy and clean. We kove the style of furniture and the easy way to communicate with Michael. He is a very good and friendly host, gave us a lot of hints what to see and where to avoid the tourists beaten tracks. We feeled at home at his place. The neighbourhood is very interesting and the city is easy to reach by bus or if you like the see a city by walking trough by foot. We recommend this place highly.

The apartment was all we could've wished for: clean, very bright and comfortable. We especially liked the balcony which was very cozy and where we enjoyed sitting in the afternoon/evening sun as often as possible. There is a group of lakes, the Sortedams So, just nearby. Perfect for taking a short or long walk. The apartment is close to the city centre so you can easily walk in there. Still some may prefer the bike or a bus to go there. Michael told us everything we needed to know about our stay at the flat and Copenhagen. We had a fantastic time!
The apartment is beautiful and classic, as advertised. The host is generous with his time and attention to settling you in comfortably. We loved the apartment, especially the L shaped balcony with a small table and short couch. The inner courtyard was a joy. We found the sound of children running free while families ate dinner al fresco a perfect background accompaniment to martinis at the small table on the terrace. By sunset, children were called in and absolute silence reigned. We slept with windows wide open and woke to hear footsteps proceeding to the bike shed and the sound of wheels gliding away. Next door is a perfectly adequate market with wine and beer; a step or two away is a market with delicious samosas and olives. Breakfast coffee and rugbrod at Ricco's down the street is a perfect start to the day. We loved the quiet neighborhood that had neat places to eat and shop for food and that was only a ten minute walk from more lively areas, where we found a wonderful fish market and an organic butcher and a spectacular cheese shop. The kitchen is well equipped and set up for cooking. Dinner on the terrace was perfect. Just to be fair, for people who are not used to old style Danish "wet room" bathrooms, the shower and wet bathroom may be a bit off-putting, but that was a minor glitch, as far as we were concerned. Towels, robes and slippers were provided. The apartment is quiet, bright and clean. We wish we could have stayed longer.
