Whitechapel 3 Bedroom apartment (38291)

Perfektes Apartment in der City of London, close to Monument, Bank and London Bridge. Ruhige Lage im Hinterhaus, Cannon Street ist gleich um die Ecke.
Sehr schön eingerichtet, alles hat funktioniert.
2 Schlafzimmer mit Queen Beds (also eher schmal), 2 Badezimmer, sehr geräumiger Wohn/Essbereich, Küche komplett eingerichtet.
Sehr zu empfehlen, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Apartamento muy espacioso y acogedor, muy confortable para 6 personas, en una muy buena ubicación, el trato con la agencia fue muy amable, el primer día no funcionaba la calefacción y pasamos mucho frío por la noche, pero en cuanto se lo comunicamos, nos lo solucionaron de inmediato.
Lo recomiendo para pasar unos días en Londres.

séjour du 17/04/18 au 21/04/18:
En positif:
- l'appartement possède une belle surface et est agréable dans sa distribution même si la salle de douche est petite. Comme nous n'étions que 3, cela ne nous a pas vraiment dérangés . la situation est idéale: 15mn à pieds de la vieille ville.
Prague est vraiment une très très belle ville et mérite amplement son qualificatif de "cité romantique". les transports en commun sont omniprésents et pas chers du tout.
"Katarina" s'est montrée très réactive suite à un léger problème de dysfonctionnement d'un appareillage.
En négatif:
- Les WC sont dans la salle de bains ce qui -pour un groupe plus nombreux- peut être source d'inconfort.
En tant que Français avec notre culture où les repas mijotés prennent une place importante, l'équipement en ustensiles de cuisine est assez limité.
En inacceptable:
- Je soulignerais le désagrément causé par les effluves de peinture. Les fenêtres avaient certainement été repeintes peu de temps avant notre arrivée.
Malgré Les portes et fenêtres maintenues ouvertes en continu, ces odeurs sont restées persistantes et très incommodantes durant les deux premiers jours. Elles se sont ensuite lentement estompées sans disparaître totalement.
Bref, si je souligne ce désagrément -passager par nature- , c'est simplement pour rendre attentif "Katarina" que des travaux de ce type, se doivent d'être programmés en tenant compte des périodes de location de l'appartement, afin de ne pas perturber sérieusement le séjour de ses locataires. D'évidence cette réflexion était totalement absente lorsque les travaux avaient été décidés.
Mon appréciation 3*, est déterminé comme suit:
- appartement: (hors désagrément expliqué ci-dessus), Surface, situation, état, confort: 4*
- équipement: 3*
- processus de Check in et out: 4*
- jouissance de l'appartement: (désagrément suite peinture) 1*

Nice Arpartment and a very Good Location

El piso está muy bien situado y con todas las comodidades. Zona muy tranquila. Inconvenientes: el wifi iba algo lento y el lavavajillas no funcionaba
Por lo demás aconsejable totalmente para 4-6 personas (4 en dormitorios y 2 en sofá cama del salón)

Schöne große Wohnung, sehr gut geeignet für eine größere Familie mit bis zu 4 Kindern.
Die Lage ist gut, nur drei Minuten zu Fuß zur Liverpool Street Station (Underground, Stansted Express, Overground, Bus, National Rail Service). Viele Bistros in der Nähe, Supermarkt gegenüber Liverpool Street Station.
Netter, freundlicher Service. Fehlende Küchenutensilien wurde sofort und unkompliziert erneuert.

First we had to pick up the keys somewhere 15 minutes from our apartment. When we arrived at the hotel where we should pick up our keys the lady told us we had to pay 200€ as a deposit what we didn‘t know because nobody told us so I guess that was scam (that happened to other people too). We arrived at our apartment and the apartment itself was clean and tidy and really near the center but we found out it wasn‘t the one shown in the pictures on Wimdu. The one we booked had a electric stove, but ours had a gas stove and none of us knew how to use it. The next day 4 men came in our apartment I guess it was some sort of managers or something but they didn‘t ring and I think they should warned us that someone will look for the gas. We could have been naked or something! To me that‘s invasion of privacy.
On the same day my friend was in the bathroom drying her hair when she slightly touched a tile and it suddenly fell out and hurted her elbow. We called the number on the door and told them what happened and they sent someone to look if it‘s dangerous and told us it‘s not so we stayed there. Another thing that really bothered us was the fact that they had a warning on the door which said you had to pay 200€ if you are too loud after 10pm, so we tried to be quiet after 10pm. Seemed like we were the only ones that confirmed to this rule because everyone else (for example the people above us) were really loud screaming and listening to music even at 5am! The hotline you could call if you wanted to complain about something just told us to call the police and that they couldn‘t send someone. That wasn‘t helpful at all. So after 5 days of no sleep and many other issues we were really glad to drive back home. I would definitely NOT recommend this. It was a huge disappointment to be honest. Although the apartment was clean and near the center the issues bothered us a lot and made the trip pretty bad for us.

Die Lage des Apartments ist sehr gut - Nähe zum Zentrum und angenehme ruhige Wohngegend. Ausstattung in Ordnung, mittlere Qualität. Super sind die 2 Bäder mit 2 Toiletten, wenn man das Apartment zu mehreren Personen benutzt.

Great location, clean and well appointed. Easy check in. International travelers, make sure you bring our universal plug adapter. The 2nd bathroom shower/tub could use an update as shower causing water damage.
